Ein Rezept gibt es heute natürlich auch für euch und auch wenn der Anblick dieser veganen Spinat-Falafel manch einen nicht vom Hocker hauen mögen, so schmecken sie definitiv besser als sie aussehen und sind dazu sehr vielseitig einsetzbar👌 Ob als gesundes Fingerfood, Partysnack, Pita-Beilage oder mit meinem Rote Bete-Kartoffelsalat: Sie machen sich verdammt gut in jeglicher Konstellation und sind in nullkommanix zubereitet. Desayuno de hoy tarta 🍰 de 🥞 fit. Sabor crema de cacahuete 🥜 y coco 🥥 : ✔️20gr harina de coco. ✔️40gr harina de avena sabor peanut butter. ✔️140ml de clara huevo. ✔️2 cucharadas de QFB. ✔️pizca de levadura. ✔️chorrito de agua 💦. ✅batimos todo bien en el shaker y a la sartén con una gota de aceite de coco. Полезную вкусняху вам в ленту - легкий, совсем низкокалорийный #пп тортик, диета это вкусно👍 🔸КБЖУ🔸89,4/4,3/3,1/12,3🔸 На корж: 🍪Рисовая мука - 30г 🍪Отруби Diets - 30г 🍪Ванильный сахар - 1г 🍪Яйцо - 1шт 🍪Молоко 1,5% - 120г 🍪Стевия - 1г 🍪Крахмал кукурузный - 10г 🍪Сода пищевая - 1г 🍪Сливочное масло - 6г 🍪Корица - 0,5г На крем: 🍰Натуральный йогурт 1,5% - 110г 🍰Подсластитель (у меня абрикосовое варенье) - 10г 🍰Кокосовая стружка - 3г 🍰Банан - 40г Для коржа: просеиваем все сухие ингредиенты в одной чашке, яйцо с молоком и растопленным сливочным маслом (оставить чуть чуть для смазывания формы) в другой. Далее смешаем все вместе и вливаем в смазанную форму (учитываем тот факт, что тесто поднимется в два раза). Выпекаем в СВЧ при мощности 600 7мин. Для крема: йогурт смешиваем с подсластителем и стружкой, банан нарезаем тонким ломтиком. Остывший наш бисквит режем вдоль на три части, смазываем каждый коржик кремом и выкладываем банан. Даем пропитаться пару часов. Очень вкусно. NUTRITION, WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT?⠀ ⠀ Whenever I get asked about nutrition and what's most important I will always turn to the nutritional pyramid.⠀ ⠀ For the most part nutrition is made out to be far more complicated than it actually is and for those people who are just starting out it's incredibly easy to become overwhelmed with the tonnes of information and different diet methods available.⠀ ⠀ This in my opinion is one of the main causes for people not being able to stick to a diet, because it's way too complicated and impossible to be consistent with.⠀ ⠀ Here's my advice for someone starting out based on the pyramid.⠀ ⠀ Step 1. Calories - forget everything you think you know about healthy eating and nutrition and put all your energy into making sure you're eating the right amount of calories for your specific goal.⠀ ⠀ Step 2. Macronutrients - Proteins, carbs and fats. Once you've got a handle on your overall calorie intake, start looking at your macronutrient intake and which out of the 3 you need more or less of. My recommendation would be to focus on protein first and let carbs and fats sort themselves out.⠀ ⠀ Step 3. Micronutrients - could you be eating more fruits and vegs to get more vitamins and minerals into your diet?⠀ ⠀ Step 4. Meal timing/frequency - Once you've built up the habit of reaching your calorie and macronutrient targets and are happy these are under control, have a look your schedule to see if meals can be eaten at certains to optimise performance in the gym. e.g. pre and post workout meal⠀ ⠀ Step 5. Supplements - Supplements are by no means essentials, you can easily sustain a healthy lifestyle and be awesome through steps 1-4, but if you really want to get the 1-2% more out of your performance, there are a few supplements that would help.⠀ ⠀ All in all if you're starting out, start basic, learn the simple things first and as you evolve you can start to increase your knowledge and understanding.⠀ ⠀ Stop jumping from A to Z and wondering why nothings working.
