Wow! So, I was a little nervous about this weeks weigh in. I've been sick for 3 days and haven't been working out so I was so surprised to see this difference on the scale. I weighed myself 3 times to be sure lol. This weeks loss is all do to clean eating! I don't like diets so I'm substituting many things that I like with a healthier version of it. #Cupcake de banana con chocolatee 🥧😋🍫 opcion mas que excelente para un desayuno o un snack!! Ñaaaaaami😋 ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• RECETA🥧(salen 12 porciones) .2 bananaas .40gr de avena .20gr de yogurt griego .2claras .1cda de aceite de coco .2cdas de cacao en polvo .esencia de vainilla .una pizca de sal .edulcorante o stvia a gusto .2cda de chia previamente remojada .1cda de polvo de hornear >>HOW TO: -en un bowl poner las bananas previamente trituradas,agregar el edulcorante,el estracto de vainilla,el yogurt,el aceite de coco,la chia,y las claras, mezclar todo hasta que se integre,añadir el cacao,la avena,la sal Y el polvo de hornear. Con una espatula mezclar hazta qe todo se integre,poner en los moldes llenandolos solo 3/4 partes porqe al cocer creecen,llevar al horno a 180°c por unos 15 minutos o hasta que metan un palillo y este salga seco y listo!
