Heute würde ich mich gerne mal über ein Thema auslassen das uns alle betrifft. Über subjektive Wahrnehmung von Gesten, Ereignissen oder Eigen beziehungsweise Fremdhandlungen. Jeder kennt es man sieht etwas auf der Straße und fängt sofort an es auf seine ganz persönliche Art und Weise zu interpretieren. In diesem Prozess formen wir unsere Vorstellung von Wirklichkeit beziehungsweise Realität. Das ist unausweichlich und auch gut so, aber man sollte sich immer vor Augen führen, dass jeder auf eine andere, und sehr persönliche, Weise interpretiert. So kann es sein, dass aus ein und der selben Situationen sich für zwei Menschen zwei vollkommen verschiedene Realitäten bilden. Wie wir Situationen interpretieren und so unsere Wirklichkeit schaffen ist abhängig von unseren Werten und Erfahrungen die wir über die Zeit gesammelt haben. Dazu mal ein kleines persönliches Beispiel, in meiner Kindheit habe ich geturnt und konnte so von klein an immer einen Handstand. IMMER. Als ich dann krank wurde und meine Kraft mich verließ war mir dies nicht mehr möglich. Das war der Horror für mich. Ich kämpfte mich jedoch zurück und der Moment als ich wieder in der Lage war den Handstand zu meistern war für mich ein unglaublich erfüllender. Von Außen betrachtet konnte man lediglich einen jungen Mann sehen der eine semi anspruchsvolle Turnübung durchführte, doch für mich war es so unendlich viel mehr. Damit will ich genau das aufzeigen was ich oben beschrieben habe, aufgrund von Erfahrungen und einer Persönlichen Vorgeschichte kann eine Situation unglaublich viele Realitäten schaffen. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch zum denken anregen. The triceps pushdown exercise enhances strength in your triceps. If you are an athlete, this can improve your ability to pass a ball or push against an opponent. My first ever client 🤩 ———————— How to start going to the gym?!🤷🏼‍♀️ ⠀ If you’re a beginner, the gym can be a scary place. I also felt really uncomfortable at first because I wasn’t sure what to do exactly and if I am doing it correctly 🤔 Especially when it’s crowded and everybody is looking at you (that’s what i thought at least) 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ It is important to get at least an introduction to the machines from a gym instructor but a better option is to start with a personal trainer. That’s what I did and it really made feel more confident🤘🏼 I also recommend sticking to machines rather than free weights at the beginning. You cant go too wrong with machines😉

¿Que son los carbohidratos? 🤔 Repost @samuffit (@get_repost ) ・・・ Para explicarlo de una manera bastante fácil, los carbohidratos son la principal fuente de energía 💥⚡️ en nuestro organismo ese es el objetivo de este macronutriente aportar “ENERGÍA” incluso nuestro cerebro y sistema nervioso utilizan la glucosa como medio de energía para cumplir sus funciones normales. 👇 Dicho esto, quiero aclarar que los carbohidratos no engordan! 😏 No existe ningún alimento que por si solo pueda hacerte engordar. Lo que te hace engordar es exceder tu requerimiento calórico diario. Entonces que pasa con los carbohidratos ellos tienen mala fama por ese montón de mitos locos 😒😡 que han surgido en los gimnasios donde te dicen que debes dejar de comer carbohidratos si quieres rebajar, que debes dejar de comer carbohidratos en la noche si quieres adelgazar, que después de las tres de la tarde no deberías de comerlos y bla bla bla. Honestamente no se, de donde salieron esas locuras pero lo que si te puedo decir es que es totalmente falso 🚫❌ Almacenarás grasa cuando tus reservas de glucógeno en el músculo e hígado estén llenas y cuando no puedan almacenar más carbohidratos, es allí donde ellos pasarán a formar parte de tu grasa corporal. Si no te excedes de tu requerimiento puedes comerlos a la hora que quieras y no habrá problema 🙃😉 👇 CONCLUSIÓN: Si usted ha cometido el gravísimo error de quitarse los carbohidratos porque engordan lo invito a que por favor investigue un poco se ponga en contacto con un nutricionista que de verdad le haga una evaluación y le indique cuál es su requerimiento calórico diario en base a su objetivo y de la mano con un buen entrenamiento usted llegará a su meta sin cometer esas locuras que al final terminan poniendo en riesgo su salud 🤨💪
