•Motivation: What is your motivation? What should be your Motivation? What is something that pushes you to progess towards your goals? That "something" is your motivation.
•For me, my motivation comes from my past. I've seen myself as a pretty chubby person and not so mature personality wise too. So one day, you decide. You take time with yourself, talk to yourself, as a "self therapy session" I call it, And ask yourself what are your goals that can make your life more focused? And set a date.
•Let's keep the goal is being Fit, as it's a fitness page. Now till that date comes, you have to give yourself enough time , to make up your mind for the things you will be faced. Because yes, there is gonna be lot of pain, hardwork, sacrifice of sweat, energy, hunger and all those things. And the only thing that stops you, is your mindset, so change it with a positive outlook towards life.
• And when the day comes, start with all the energy you been gaining all this time. You are capable of Anything, Us humans are designed, our bodies are designed to change and adapt how we treat them. Treat your body wisely. Remember a golden term "You look how you eat"
I'm sure no one wants their face bloated, and fat stored, if you have an urge to improve. Make workout a process, and trust in it.
•So Instead of Saying "I can do this", Say "I am doing it".
Because you are strong, and capable ❤️

Im going to give you guys the secret to transforming, changing, growing, and shrinking your body because its the same for all of them. Being honest and objective with yourself and consistently holding yourself accountable. And you’re probably thinking “well duh” but when It comes down to it, really think to yourself if you do all that. If you arent getting the results you want, either what you’re doing isnt working or you arent doing what you’re supposed to be doing. •
I find that people will stick to something for a short time, get minimal results, and then stop and expect to continue to get results. I used to be that guy, I hated being that guy, so I made a conscious effort to stop that cycle and make sure I did what I need to do. This goes for anyone with any level of goals, write them down, give yourself reasonable timelines to accomplish those goals and dont make them too big and daunting. Make a BUNCH of small goals leading up to your big ones and WRITE THEM DOWN! I write EVERYTHING down and I can say with absolute certainty I would not be where I am right now without doing that. Make an effort to live a better, healthier life and I promise you will become a better version of yourself than you could possibly imagine!

Everyone’s bodies are built differently but it’s safe to say I was very unhealthy in the second picture. Wanting to be “skinny” can be done in a HEALTHY way! I’ve spent the majority of this year really focusing on my health, what I eat and my gym routine and I’m beyond happy with the progress I’ve made. Focus on your HEALTH and your body will come!
