On last nights episode it was released the portion size for minimum rations that are given out small right? 😂 Of course your going to lose weight if that’s all you eat in 24 fucking hours?! 🤨🤔 however, is it healthy? Absolutely fucking not! If you want to lose weight do it a normal way don’t put yourself into that much of a server calorie deficit to get it! 🚫⚠I stress again, don't ask about fat burners if you aren't already restricting calories/dieting. They're called "supplements" because they supplement what you're doing. So if you aren't doing anything to burn fat (and the only way to burn fat is to be in a caloric deficit), then there's nothing to supplement.
So just.. you know, stop being a dick by eating too much.
