Balance; 🤸‍♀️ I just got back from a 7 day vacation to Mexico. 🌴☀️👙 Where aside from a bit of handstand fun, very little fitness was done. I ate all the food, never said no to dessert and had more drinks than I care to admit. 😂 and I’m definitely feeling it at the gym this week. BUT I honestly had the best time! I love training and working hard and I’m happy to get back to it. But sometimes it’s okay to just LET GO and have some fun. You don’t lose all your progress in a week, just like you don’t gain it all in a week. We are all in this life long journey. So don’t forget its OKAY to not be on all the time!
