After having Bella my belly was so mushy and stretched I thought there was no hope. Believe it or not I never had abs until AFTER I had a baby lol. Your body can do all sorts of things, it truly is unbelievable. So before you go out and buy all those products or get all these surgeries try doing your best naturally ☺️. Eat well, drink tons of water and weight train to fill out the loose skin with beautiful round muscles. It’s so much more rewarding when you work for something vs. taking the easy way out and it looks sooo much better 👌🏽. 💪🔝Awesome 🏆😃 . 😋Follow ➡@goodfood2.0 😍 Tag a friend and comment to motivate them 🏆😃 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ ➖ 💚 THAI LETTUCE WRAPS ~ 1 lb. ground beef (I like to use 90/10), or swap ground turkey or chicken 1 head butter or bibb lettuce 1 avocado 1/4 cup raw cashews cilantro (optional) 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 cloves garlic 1/3 cup coconut aminos 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 1 tsp. chili garlic sauce (or sub regular compliant hot sauce and a dash of fish sauce)  1/2 cup sliced green onion salt & pepper to taste . Brown the beef in a large pan over medium heat until no longer pink, then drain the excess grease. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, sauces, and seasonings, & pour over the beef mixture and cook together for 2 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sliced green onions (I like them mostly raw, but if you prefer them softened, add earlier on). Serve with cauliflower rice, sliced avocado, slices of lime, cilantro and cashews with the lettuce leaves ready to assemble. . . COCONUT CAULIFLOWER RICE (GF, W30, Vegan)  1 head of cauliflower ¾ cup dried coconut flakes (be sure no sugar is added) ½ tsp salt 1 T. lime juice 1 tsp. Do you practice what you preach? Do you live with the whole 80:20? Do you manage your stress? 🤔 Yes. Yes. Yes. It wasn’t always the case - I use to inhale chocolate, not the good stuff, those loaded with sugar. I’d yo yo diet. I’d binge eat - then not eat. I’d not exercise and then I would run.. run.. run. I would go to bed late, go to bed early. Over sleep under sleep. I hung out with toxic people. I would hold on to stress and fret over everything. I was sure yoga and mediation weren’t ‘my thing’ claiming my mind was too active (just the right that reason to need it!) ⠀⠀ It didn’t happen over night, as I became more in tune with my body the more I adjusted my life. I started to live to my values. Embracing health and wellness. Loving that feeling of waking up on a Sunday feeling refreshed. I don’t count calories or macros, rather I developed a healthy relationship with food. When I look back, now my skin is clear, my periods are regular and painless, I sleep well, I wake up with energy, I’m feeling balanced and I’ve lost over 30kg. This didn’t happen in a week, a month, it took years. Work by starting small and change one thing at a time. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Woo! Want to say a big thank you to @urt_townsville 💞 . . 10 weeks done, I was unable to attend 2 weeks and a few here and there due to work and family but that's OK! It's all about learning to balance it all out and I'm getting there! . This hasn't just been a 10 week challenge that you rock up to get whipped and leave, it comes home with you! I've learnt so much and I never in a million years thought I'd say this and I probably won't say it at the time 😂 but I've really enjoyed the workouts. . The other participants are so encouraging it's overall a great atmosphere and the trainers/staff are so friendly and they motivate you they don't discourage or push you negatively like I have found in the past with other trainers. .
