So I hate #cycling
. Loathe it, dread it but when I'm done with it I feel so #strong
, conquered and well, awesome. Soooo I do it, often now! To some that may seem crazy, why do things daily that cause so much dread? Well, for me its the reward that comes with it. Not only the physical reward (stronger, healthier) but the mental reward just as much. Strengthening my #mind
to surpass things I don't 'want' to do or feel like I 'can't' do.
I put this out there as a reminder of 2 things. 1, hard #work
brings many challenges and pushes you to give up but the beauty in that is that you dont, but rather grow from it. 2, this type of mental processing works for me BUT it may not work for you. A reminder that everyone needs their own type of 'coaching' or #motivation
to help them strive for a healthier version for of themselves. If this type of thinking isnt for you, dont stress it, find what works for you and embrace it. Head strong!
