Today I tried for the first time #squats
without shoes! And you know what? I really like it and probably will do squats without shoes every training!🔥
Without shoes my lift felt better than usual. Barefoot squats also makes it easier to maintain good balance!👌🏼
Before I didn’t tried barefoot squats I was thinking that is so weird...😂 Why? I don’t know...
But now I’m 100% learned that barefoot exercises are very good! And I will squat and do my deadlift only without shoes!😏💪🏼

Finally after work (24 hours) I did bench press 60 kg x 4 reps! FINALLY!😈 It’s like step up in my goals, because before on every training barbell was pressed me and today NOT! I’m so happy right now!😏💪🏼

Focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal, and just keep taking the next step towards completing it. If you aren't sure which way to do something, do it both ways and see which works better!👌🏼
Today should be rest day...but it’s was boring and I decided go to the gym and you know what😅 I hit my new PR!😈

At first I set 65kg and failed. Then I did for once 62,5kg. Then I failed again 65kg...💩 And only on third time I did this shit!😎
I do it as a therapy. I do it as something to keep me alive. We all need a little discipline. Exercise is my discipline!🤘🏼

For example my family don’t like what I do (weight lifting), but I still spending my time in the gym because I love it af!💕 Do what you love and love what you do right?😌🔥
