Prepping for my new challenge group always gives me the jitters and gets me SUPER EXCITED because you just never know how you can impact someone’s life simply by sharing YOUR knowledge on what you LOVE doing.
Prepping meals, prepping my equipment/gear, and prepping my body is just part of the process BUT what’s most important in my opinion is prepping my MIND to make sure I can provide the best version of me and be the best Coach I can possibly be! •
I can sit here and tell you that I have my stuff figured out and that IM PERFECT! But the truth is I am not perfect and although I’m always learning and growing physically, I like to challenge myself mentally and tackle my weaknesses one book at a time!!!

“Love” if you have the ability to love, love yourself first. Doesn’t happen over night it takes years to come by. once you do you will become so much happier. And I have the gym to thank for that. HAHA here I am failing at 185 for squat 😅 FAILURE HAPPENS! That doesn’t mean you quit. BRUSH IT OFF, laugh at yourself and LEARN from what went wrong! 🌻 I love lifting heavy weight because it empowers me but with life there will always be a negative for every positive. I do not succeed every time I attempt a PR ( if u do, u r insane🙃) Sometimes it can be difficult to take but ALWAYS look for a lesson to learn because without failure there is no way you could possibly GROW🌱 do not give up, keep trying!!!🦋

Ladies! Have you been feeling discouraged because you’re trying to lose weight and haven’t seen the numbers on the scale go down?
Here’s a little fact check for you: 1 lb of fat = 1 lb of muscle, however, muscle is much more dense than fat meaning that it takes up less space in your body than fat does. The less fat you have, the leaner and slimmer you look.
Don’t focus on seeing numbers move. A better way to measure your results is to measure your inches to see real changes in your body! A body composition is also a great way to track your results. With a body composition, you’ll be able to measure how much body fat, lean muscle, and water you have. Two women who are the same height and weight may look completely different from each other depending on their body comp. If one woman is 20% body fat, she is going to look a lot leaner than a woman with 30% body fat.
