Progress hasn’t been quick nor has it been easy. I’m not at my “end goal” nor do I think weight loss ever has an end, but every step towards being where I want to be is a step in the right direction. I’ve created this account to inspire and help anyone that is looking for it. I will share my progress pictures, my meals and gym exercises and any tips/tricks I know or learn to share with y’all! I’ve learned a lot from reading and other people but mostly just trial and error on myself. I may not have the perfect weight lifting form. I may have a moment of weakness and eat something I shouldn’t. I drink far too much diet soda than I should haha... But I’m here to share that struggle with anyone that needs to see that reality. I want to share the ugly reality that weight loss does have but the beautiful reality that it shares with it. I’m here to share my story and my journey and help anyone I can along the way! 💕

Having trouble targeting your hamstrings on a leg curl machine? TRY THIS!
- stabilize your opposite leg on a small step - Bring your leg out to full extension then curl bringing your heal to your glutes -Keep the movement slow & controlled and focus on the tension within your hamstring - At the peak of the curl, hold for 1-2 seconds before coming back to extension

These pics are taken about 4 months apart. I know 4 months to me seems like a long time & I keep telling myself I could’ve made more progress but it took me almost two months to get a solid workout mindset down, so I’m beyond blessed w these. You might not see a huge difference but for me these pics speak volumes. It’s hard to really see process until I look back on old pics and I’d say I’m pretty happy with how far I’ve come physically and mentally. Trust me there’s been days where I absolutely don’t want to go to the gym or honestly just don’t go but I’ve got goals and I Know I need to push myself. •
I’ve become more confident in myself and my body but I’m not anywhere near where I want to be yet. Eating clean changed the whole game, less eating out, less sugary foods & lots and lots of ground turkey and veggies>>> But can’t wait for more transformations💕

As always, cardio Core is a humbling experience. These sliders are my nemesis! I remember back in January doing my first round of #80dayobsession
and I could barely do a couple of pike ups, let alone 10. I actually thought to myself on more than one occasion “I might just die”. Autumn said she won’t let me die... what’s she gonna do, call 911 when I collapse in my living room?
Thankfully I did NOT die. I am sweaty and red-faced AF, and I am so much stronger today than I was 9 months ago! This program is my jam. It showed me I CAN do hard things, I CAN finish what I start, And I CAN commit even under less than ideal circumstances. I am so grateful for these instruments of torture tonight. A month ago I was in so much pain I didn’t think I would be able to do hard things and tonight I only had to modify side planks. 🙏🙏

I have learned so much about myself, and marathon training has been a journey. Even the days I didn't want to, sick of running, not feeling it, I have stayed committed to the goal.... I can't believe how close the day is coming. There's no stopping now!! Loving the decline and having more time to lift weights again!
1 missed workout won't destroy your progress, just like 1 day of healthy eating won't get you results over night.
My biggest struggle is nutrition. (Picky eater over here) Over the last year I've learned the meaning & importance of balance with nutrition by still treating myself & overcoming the overwhelming feeling of trying to get a grip on my eating habits. Below are 2 ways I've learned to conquer getting over the nutrition hurdle:
1.) MEAL PREP/PLANNING: This has been a huge help in my success. It sets me up for the week to stay on track and & find easy recipes so I'm not slaving in the kitchen all day. Ex.- spinach egg cups, seasoned chicken burgers & yogurt for quick easy grab n go options. •
2.) SUPERFOOD POWER SHAKES: My life saver for real. Being so picky I don't get all the nutrients my body needs & 1 of these a day gives me everything I need. It helps curb my sweet tooth cravings, gives me more energy & I've even noticed how much longer & stronger my hair has gotten (side note my hair legit wouldn't grow past a certain length, it does now & these shakes are the only consistent thing I can link it to)
There will never be a quick fix, but planning ahead & finding balance will make it easier. Whatever you do, never quit. Pick that ass back up & be better than you were yesterday 💪 you've got this!
