It's time for #testimonialtuesday . . . The results were great for this client, and we didn't go super crazy with anything! . . On the workout side we focused on consistency, lots of extra walking and movement, added in an extra strength session, and voila! . . . On the diet side we simply focused on increased protein and more whole foods. Protein has a higher TEF - in layman's terms it means the body uses more energy breaking it down, thus using more calories in the process of doing so. . . Eating more whole foods and less processed foods also has a similar effect. . . . C4 is (of course) a pre-workout. I got one that has cutting formula in it that helps me cut down on my weight. The flavor I have is artic snow cone and this one has a kick to it's taste so if that's not your thing but you want this I would recommend watering it down (put more water in your shaker/bottle). If your new to fitness and new to C4 please follow what it says and once your use to it two scoops. Once it kicks in your gonna feel itchy but once you start exercising you're not going to feel it all you're going to want to do is work out lol and it has a focus formula in it to help with your performance. It’s the only option for some of the exercises like calf raises but it a has a lot of padding so it’s unstable creating some great ankle mobility movements but dang it makes it harder to stabilize ...
