Idag er det 6 år siden, at jeg mødte 2 mænd i Paris, som havde skumle bagtanker. 6 år siden jeg var ude og rejse alene for første gang i en enkel weekend. 6 år siden jeg blev låst inde i en bil. 6 år siden jeg blev voldtaget i en lejlighed uden for Paris. 6 år siden jeg lavede rullefald ud af selvsamme bil i et lyskryds. 6 år siden jeg løb for mit liv. 6 år siden jeg mærkede en ægte følelse af, at jeg vil slå et andet menneske ihjel. Anzeige Ich rede immer so viel von den ESSENTIALS von @morenutrition.de ,dabei gibt es auch noch andere mega nice Produkte. Deshalb heute mal eine kleine Vorstellung des EVERY WORKOUT - allgemeine Fakten über den „Booster“ und neue Kundenberichte. Booster Punkte: 💡Nur Inhaltsstoffe, die Sinn machen für Performance und Regeneration und die täglich aufgenommen werden können ohne mögliche negative Ereignisse: Koffein und Theanin, Creatin, Kollagen, Citruline & Arginin! 1️⃣Erstens mal sollte gesagt sein, dass es keine klare Kategorie für das Produkt gibt - denn "Booster" trifft es nicht wirklich. Es ist eher ein Preworkout Drink der darauf abzielt, Performance und Regeneration zu verbessern, sowie langfristig die passiven Strukturen wie Gelenke zu unterstützen und gesund zu halten (Deswegen auch das Kollagen drin💪🏼 Für mich mit das Wichtigste in dem ganzen Produkt. Nichts geht über Prävention😎) 2️⃣Weiterhin wirkt das Koffein durch das Theanin viel angenehmer (gestärkter Fokus, aber ohne Zittrigkeit; einziger „Booster“ den ich vertrage😳) und viele können am Abend sogar noch gut schlafen, wenn sie vorher trainieren waren und den Every Workout getrunken haben. 3️⃣ Außerdem gibt es bei 250 mg Koffein auch keinen Gewöhnungseffekt und es ist auch nicht schädlich für das Herzkreislaufsystem (es scheint sogar eher vorteilhaft zu sein, wenn man sich anschaut, dass es mit weniger Toden assoziiert ist als gar kein Koffein😱🙌🏼) 4️⃣Ansonsten natürlich noch Creatin in Creapure Form als best erforschtes Supplement, sowie Citrulin und Arginin für die Durchblutung. 5️⃣Der EVERY WORKOUT KANN beim Sport sinnvoll sein, aber zum Beispiel auch um in anstrengenden Lernphasen die Konzentration hoch zu halten. #transformation 10 months difference between these pictures. I have been training for almost 4 years now, but I’ve always been scared to lift heavy. I thought that if I would, I’d get super bulky. But 10 months ago I realized that with the way I was training, I would never reach my goals, so I changed everything. I changed my diet, the way I was training and my mentality. BEST thing I ever did, I have reached so many goals and I’m finally seeing a lot of change. I’m stronger now which feels great. Word of advice don’t wait 3 years, don’t be afraid to lift heavy, you won’t get bulky or get too muscular to fast, it takes A LOT of time to built muscle, so keep trying new things till you find something that’s works for you. 😊😊 - - Gonna start posting more transformation pictures, keeps me motivated 💪🏽

Today was such a blur.. I’m think I’m catching a cold 🤒 so today will be a rest day! Listen to your body ladies! It’s okay to just let your body recover. So I hope I will be a bit better tomorrow, so I can just do a slow and calm workout. - A while ago I would be so mad when I couldn’t go to the gym and I would think that I would get less results, because I skipped a few workouts. But that’s NOT true, don’t be scared to take a step back when you need it. You won’t lose muscle or progress that fast. It takes a long time to build so it will take a while before it’s gone. Glad I know that now ☘️
