How to develop a big back which eventually gives u the V shape... My suggestion: Hit these workouts atleast twice a week, once with moderate load @ 8-10-12-15 rep range targetting hypertrophy & once with higher loads in 4-5-6 rep range targetting strength. HI FRIENDS, I’M BACK!🤓 . It’s been about a week since my last post. . Here’s my update: . -Bought a bike.🚲 -Broke the bike. -Bought another bike.🚲 -I’ve driven my car once this week, ridden my bike to and from clinical rotation and the gym. I’ve walked to the grocery. Life is dang good and I love the extra aerobic part of my day. Srsly recommend to ANYONE within a couple miles of their destination. Walk or bike; it changes your day and gives you the opportunity for a transient, healthful mindset. (Idk about y’all, but heavy traffic bugs me out!)🚘🚨 . Reasons for not posting?🙉 . Honestly, I needed a break from expectations and self-pressures to post every day. #imonlyhuman . I spent less time on social media in general. . What you can expect? . 🏃🏽‍♀️💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️ I often receive questions about my training routine, how to run long distances and still have a toned body, how to build a body like mine, etc., so I decided to put some of my thoughts here. Please remember that everybody is different but I am happy to share what works for me ❤️ 🏃🏽‍♀️ First of all, I run from 20 to 50 kilometers per week, I am not a marathoner (yet 😁). My regular runs are 5-10K, I have run a few half marathons and I am slowly increasing those distances. Also, I love sprinting, which helps you build and define the glutes, hamstrings, and quads while at the same time burning off the fat layers that hide the muscles underneath. 🏋🏻‍♀️ Secondly, I go to the gym at least once a week for weight/endurance training and I do small workouts (abs, push ups, etc at home after my runs). 🍳 Finally, I’ve always been on the verge of being “too skinny” so now I try to eat a lot of “good” calories to make up for those long runs and to have the resources for building muscle mass. I am not seeking to become a bodybuilding model though, my aim is to be and to look healthy, become faster and stronger each year, stay injury free and feel happy.
