💡TIP💡 Don't eat according to the calories your fitness tracker estimates you have burnt.
Depending on which one you have, they can be highly inaccurate and over estimate calories burnt through physical activity.
They are great in terms of making you more mindful of how active you are & are good to use as a step counter, however, if you are eating in relation to how many calories they estimate you've burnt, this could be the reason why you struggle to lose weight.
Saying this, I'd still 100% suggest in investing in one.
The daily calories you consume should align with your goal & should consider different variables such as: Occupation, activity levels, current weight, age, height, goal etc. To workout this you can use a reliable online macro calculator or alternatively ask a suitable qualified PT for advice.
