Desayuno de domingo: "napolitana" fit rellena de lomo embuchado y queso havarti light + overnight oats con avena y chía + café con leche. . . 📝Os dejé hace un tiempo en las Historias destacadas la recetita de la napolitana fit paso a paso ❤️ . #RecetaCocinaConMaru ➡Ingredientes: 🔹4 claras (yo las monto) 🔹2 cucharadas de harina de espelta integral 🔹Especias (orégano, curry y cebolla en polvo, en mi caso) . ➡Procedimiento: Montamos las claras y mezclamos la harina y las especias. Engrasamos una sartén y echamos la mitad de la mezcla. Cuando está un poquito cuajada, ponemos el queso y el lomo embuchado (la puedes rellenar con lo que quieras) y ponemos encima el resto de la mezcla. Dejamos que se cuaje un poquito más y le damos la vuelta. Mi piace pensare alle ricette come a qualcosa di creativo, qualcosa che si passa di persona in persona e viene arricchito dalla creatività e dal gusto di ciascuno, un po' come i miti dell'antica Grecia 🤣 Ma accantoniamo per un attimo a miti e leggende.. Questa è una base. Il bello di usare la batata o la zucca per i dolci è che è come avere un impasto già fatto e leggermente dolcificato. Non c'è bisogno di farina, latte ecc perché la polpa della zucca e della batata sono già umidi e malleabili e fungono bene da base. 🎃La zucca puoi cuocerla a grossi pezzi, direttamente con la buccia, mettendola in microonde a 800 per 12-15 minuti oppure in forno, oppure in padella con poca acqua. L'importante è che non si arrostisca e rimanga morbida. Se è troppo pastosa puoi aggiungere 2-3 cucchiai di latte vegetale. 🎃 Frulla tutto in modo che diventi un composto omogeneo, aggiusta le proporzioni assaggiando (non si può non assaggiare quando cucini, anche i grandi chef lo fanno! 😍) e se vuoi puoi aggiungere: noci o noci di pecan o nocciole a pezzetti oppure puoi sostituire il burro di mandorle con olio di cocco o burro di pecan, puoi aggiungere pezzetti di cioccolato extrafondente e, personalmente, io adoro aromatizzarla con olio essenziale di arancia. Ti ricordo che la vera brownie non deve lievitare e deve rimanere bene umida, quasi come se fosse un po' cruda, quindi il test dello stuzzicandenti per vedere se è cotta non vale! 🎃🌱Se segui un'alimentazione vegana puoi eliminare le uova e utilizzare un paio di cucchiai di fecola di patate oppure un cucchiaio abbondante di farina di semi di lino con mezza banana matura. Over that time there’s been various stages of adding muscle and losing body fat. Earlier this year Sarah decided to set herself the goal of doing a photoshoot to get in the best shape of her life. - Transformations like this don’t just happen in 12 weeks. Yes anyone can diet for 12 weeks and lose whatever body fat they have, but there needs to be quality muscle tissue underneath to really be in good shape. Although Sarah only dieted for about 15 weeks, these photos are the result of, for the most part, being consistent with training and making better food choices for a few years now. - Seeing results like this is why I love my job. Knowing that Sarah also has the knowledge now to go off on her own, plan her own training and eat according to her goals makes it even more rewarding. - Massive well done Sarah!
