Happy RED Friday everyone (its late I know) and I had a very quick yet amazing back workout tonight. ▪️Upright Rows
▪️Single Lat Pulldowns
▪️Cable Pulldowns (slow and focusing on the tension of your delts/lats ▪️Cable Rows
Did some abs in between, and I added more weight to the barbell but the weights were everywhere so I was trying to find them 🤦🏻♀️. My luck right?

i absolutely love doing track workouts. i’ve always hated the gym from feeling judged and looking like a lost dog. but at a track, nobody is there 🤷🏽♀️ i get there, stretch. 👣
then i run 2-3 miles (whatever my body can handle) 🏃🏽♀️ then i run up the stairs 5-10 (whatever my body can handle)
then i finish off with five 50 meter sprints 💪🏽 in total i’m here about 1-1 1/2 hours.
i come around sunset because where i live, it’s too hot to be outside before this time. 🌞
always remember: pushing your body too hard will cause you to feel drained and tired. Never over push, but don’t underestimate yourself either. KNOW WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE.... baby steps are still going forward!

Chest day today! It’s my first time in a while training chest by myself without a spotter. It’s taken me a while to get confident enough to bench without having someone there for safety

Chest flies to warm up before chest day. I’ll do either cable, machine, or dumbbell flies to pre activate the chest and stretch the muscle before hitting a heavy compound movement. Today is a refeed day! I have only done one of these during this diet but I feel like I need one today. I will keep you updated on how this goes 🤘🏼
