5/80: Did you really get a good leg day in if you don't have boob && butt sweat?? #realtalk 😂 We are almost done with week 1 and I'm already seeing progress 🙌 I'm super grateful for my good health this week while I care for the two sick people that I live with. They have fevers and everything 😷 But I'm still feeling amazing and full of energy because I take care of myself on a DAILY basis #ThanksSuperfoods 🌿Just started enrolling for the next round of our 80 Day Booty Camp this week! I had an amazing “cheat meal” (pork belly burger and chips) with @b0nestorm and @raven_6_6_6 at @abbeyroadstkilda and have no regrets!
The one thing that’s going to be different this time around is that I’m absolutely not going to let myself feel guilty for any treats I have along the way. I eat well 80% of the time and that’s good enough for me!
I don’t want to get super obsessed and restrictive again, because my mental health is just as important as my physical health. It may take a little longer but I’ll sure be happier this time around and that’s the key to consistency and motivation 🔑
Leg Day Warm Up Video (Part 1)
Always warm up before I start doing any workout. You don’t want to go straight to your workout (specially if you are doing heavy lifting) without warming up first. Warming up will get your blood flowing and oxygen to your musles to get them ready for the workout! Usually I do 5-10 minutes of different exercises. If I’m working lower body, I’ll do leg-focus warm up exercises or If I’m working on my abs or core that day I’ll do burpees for example. I’ll then stretch & then go into the routine. Then stretch again after I’m done. (Dont forget to stretch ☝️😉)
Here I did:
