✨The biggest problem in the fitness industry is that there’s so much fake advertisement, self-glorified and self-proclaimed coaches.
Everybody wants to teach before learning. Everybody wants to lead without leaving up to it first. We live in a time where people is entitled and manipulative. Where stories are half told and over exaggerated in search of attention, approval or even just to gain an audience.
I would be lying if I told you that fitness is my life.
Reality is that fitness is just one little piece of it.
My life is waking up in the morning to feed my child a good breakfast, pack up his lunch and make sure he takes his vitamins. My life is to double check if his homework was properly done and to wish him a good day after I kiss him goodbye.
My day might start with a fat burning drink and cardio but is not the highlight of my day, neither is to have a workout or eat my meals on time.
My life is to work hard when there’s work. To welcome my kid from school and review his day. To celebrate his everyday accomplishments and excellence at school.
Is to get him ready for hockey and motivate him to do his best in everything he does.
My life is to wake up early on the weekend and drive up to a hockey rink, to watch a movie or to buy groceries.
My life is to teach him and her to be decent human beings. To be caring and have consideration and good manners towards others.
I’m not single, I’m not young, I don’t live off of Instagram. I have a nice house of my own with the person I love; two kids, two dogs and a mom I’ve taken care of for almost half my life already.
I do not make a living out of the things I post here... nor do I have a fitness career that depends on social media, marketing or sales.
I don’t need to feel entitled to be a coach only cause I have stepped on a national stage or an international one (with 8 different countries attending).
I can’t even tell you I’m the most hardcore competitor or that I’m in full chase of a pro card even after placing 1st, top 3 and top 5 in all my competitions (except for one) in only two years of competing.
My life is so much more than this, and I do this because is PART OF MY LIFE since I was born.

Но есть одно но☝🏽 Не у всех одинаковая восприимчивость организма на пищу! ❗️Инсулин❗️ Вот он то всем и заправляет.
Он отвечает за накопление и расщепление жиров. ⠀
♻️Поджелудочная железа вырабатывает этот гормон-инсулин, когда в организм поступает пища. Он должен доставить глюкозу (энергию) в клетки. Служит проводником. ♻️Схема проста: глюкоза-пассажир, инсулин-машина, клетка-гараж. ⠀
🔸Есть люди с очень низкой границей восприимчивости к инсулину
🔸А есть те, у кого планка очень высокая. ⠀
👉🏽У тех, кому повезло в границей чувствительности, и она низкая- поджелудка может долго не реагировать. Как бы инсулин не подпрыгивал-не доходит до планки.
Либо же инсулин будет подниматься очень-очень медленно. Таким образом клетки получат энергию постепенно. ⠀
👉🏽А вот именно у тех, у кого высокая восприимчивость - инсулин может взлетать до небес даже на салатный лист.
Клетки же начинают сохранять жиры, из-за малейшего появления глюкозы. А если такое происходит часто-привет набор веса и жир.
🤭Так работает поджелудка. У кого-то она спокойна, а у кого-то выделяет очень много инсулина на минимум😫
♻️Энергия копится, расщепления не присходит, идёт накопление жиров. Все это из-за глюкозы и инсулина. А точнее: из-за его особенности выделения, согласно работе поджелудки🙌🏽
Не смотря на то, что очень много факторов влияют на вес, качество тела, накопление жира и вредных веществ, перепады гормонов..
Планкой чувствительности можно управлять! Можно снизить выработку инсулина в крови!

Kenny has always been active, and was going to the gym on a regular basis, often with a personal trainer. However, despite putting in a lot of time and effort, he was seeing very little in the way of what matters most, results.

"Wooooo!!" Lol! 225 for 12 x 3. This was the third set, so it was a bit sloppy and I need to keep my eyes forward more. Worked up to 245 but I felt like I could have gone heavier. God is teaching me PATIENCE. Getting stronger and that makes my heart happy❤. The Lord is good yall. He is faithful 🙌🏻🦁👑
