Monday morning 5am Leg workouts done.
I used to train at this time daily when I worked in corporate IT but now I prefer around lunchtime.
I love to leave it all out on the table with workouts, but still be aiming to hit targets to focus on whatever progression is at that time.
Nobody has ever said it but I can imagine people might sometimes think that my own clients are as disciplines and train like me, but it’s far from it.
I love training and have year of experience on what works and what doesn’t for me. Training is also my own time that I don’t get much of in a day and know will make me feel 100% better afterwards.
The only clients who I would semi-expect adopt a similar mindset are those that are move advanced as they know what it’s all about too.
With other clients it’s far different, which might sound odd.
I don’t expect anything from them. ⠀
I coach and help them in whatever methods and strategies that THEY need.
Build them up while introducing them to new things in dieting and training.
The more confident they become. the more they enjoy the crap out of it all.
And the more this happens they are able to increase their enviroment.
A beginner in the gym can go straight into deadlifting.
A yo-yo dieter can’t go straight into intuitive eating.
Follow the process and enjoy the shit out of it.
P.S. i’ll never get bored of making guys uncomfortable when I roll up for legs days in these leggings.

So last workout forgot to post so will have to wait till tonight’s is done ... start the week right and get a workout in, positive starts are always the best, keep kickstarting your motivation.
And motivating yourself is like showering, YOU NEED TO DO IT DAILY!
It doesn’t magically appear out of nowhere, kick you up the ass and get you training!!!
Some days you have to dig deep and get on with it, other days you’re drowning in it 👊🏼🤣✨
But I guarantee, you’ll always feel better for it ❤️
Just finished my active rest kinda day at the Mecca, hit some small muscle groups - traps, rear delts, abs and finished up with boxing.
It’s really hard for me to keep my ass out of the gym even just for one day 😖 gotta hit the gym mate!
