Please bury me in a bowl of warm oats when I die ✨🤷🏼‍♀️. • Literally the only reason I’m loving this cold weather right now is my oats 😬. Today I took oats, blended it into oat flour and made my breakfast like a porridge sort of texture 🥳 LOOOOOVED IT! 😍 • One thing that made my morning a tad better after waking up 30 min earlier due to THUNDER ⚡️, and the pouring of rain outside my window. Only to have the electricity trip (probably water leaking in the roof) so the whole house was in darkness except...... for the KITCHENNNN 😬😂. You asked and we listened and this week we will be bringing you #UCAN7days7ways  - check back each day to find fun ways to use UCAN that maybe you didn't know before. . . Day 3, Way 3 - wait for it, wait for it -  Did someone say UCAN FUDGE???!!!!! Why yes, yes we did. ;) This is an awesome no bake recipe and so delicious. Fudge that's good for you and powered by SuperStarch - sign us up! . . UCAN CHOCOLATE ALMOND FUDGE - . . Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup of almond butter 1/2 cup of coconut oil 25 gram scoop of UCAN Cocoa or UCANChocolate Protein 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut a little Stevia a pinch of salt 1 Tbsp. of vanilla extract 2 drops of peppermint oil (optional) blend and serve . . Mixing Directions: . Use a bowl to mix it all up. You can certainly add more or less of each ingredient depending on your taste. Feel free to add a drop or two of peppermint oil to add a little fun. Taste as you go to make sure you don’t over sweeten. Pour fudge into a baking dish. Spread fudge evenly and then cover. Refrigerate until fudge is set, usually takes about 3- 4 hours. . Cut fudge into squares and serve. . . . Stay tuned for more great ways to use UCAN all week! .
