ow then alive fam 😊. So this is nerve racking for me as im about to share with you a pic iv never shown anyone before.
the B&W pick was me 1 year and 8 months ago, different phone then, so its bad quality. I was ill with a life changing condition that lasted 2 and a half years, I suffered with 30 day long migraines, paralysis, vision loss, balance loss, weight loss, loss of cognitive function and brain damage i still suffer with today.
In the B&W pic i was 7 stone 10 (45kg, 99lbs). I lost my job due to the sickness and had nothing, so i picked my self up and started to try make my self better. i changed my diet to eliminate any potential causes, and my friend who was a PT to help me start going to the gym. i started to research every god dame day until i slowly i fixed my self.
After my first year of training i weighed 11 stone 9 (76kg, 167.5lbs). the colour pick that was taken today, a year and 8 months later at 10 stone 3 (65.5kg, 144lbs) at the end of my first weight cut.
Today im a personal trainer using the knowledge iv taught myself for good and be there for people just like i needed somone. Thank you for taking the time to read about my transformation ✌️
