these days. I actually have them sometimes twice a day for a breakfast/ lunch and snack!
Today for my #preworkout
meal I had #highprotein
nice cream with: • frozen Pineapples pieces 1 cup • fresh Banana • 3 pitted dates • splash of almond mild • half a scoop of #sunwarriorprotein
vanilla and thats it. Just blended it all in high speed blender and enjoyed it with some pistacchios and #quinoa

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about removing my implants. I found them ridiculous to be honest with you!! I am advocating for a healthy living and yet I have these two stupid implants that sticks out like a sore thumb... People always ask what was wrong with my breast before and actually nothing was wrong I had great breast. They were perky, they were nice!
So why I did it?
Well I was living in London at that time and my life was pretty miserable, I was bored with my life & in my relationship. Somewhat I got a fixation about breast implant. I was obsessed with it for a good 6 months (I do have an obsessive personality just so you know). I was researching, participating to forum, chatting to other girls on their breast implants journey, I got sucked in, but I knew deep down I was making a mistake but I still did it and as soon as I woke up from surgery I regretted my decision.
I felt like I cheated on my body, out of pure boredom and vanity.
Am I worried how my breast will look like without implant: ABSOLUTELY NOT! .

Today I witnessed animal cruelty by someone I follow on instagram and know personally from real life. It was on their insta story- they were on a fishing trip with friends/family and caught a small or baby shark. She filmed a man in the boat violently throwing it by the tail- many meters into the air- for it then to land 'splat' into the sea. When it landed, she laughed. Many people think it's okay to treat sharks like shot because of the narrative spread about them. 'Violent, numb, indiscriminate, worthless'. Education is power- here's some facts from @styngvi

As apex predators, sharks play an important role in the ecosystem by maintaining the species below them in the food chain and serving as an indicator for ocean health. They help remove the weak and the sick as well as keeping the balance with competitors helping to ensure species diversity.
Sharks are being vigorously hunted for their fins. Approximately 50 million sharks are also victims of bycatch by the longline fisheries. Due to the value of their fins, fishermen are cutting off the shark's fins and dumping the body into the ocean.
If sharks disappear many other marine species would also face extinction. If sharks are not around to consume other predators, those predator populations grow exponentially, resulting in extinction of prey species.
What you can do to help protect the sharks is to not buy shark fin soup and don't support the mass fishing industry. No parkrun for me this morning, instead I had a well deserved sleep in and went for breakfast out 😁
I do love parkrun but after a week of getting up at 5 to go to the gym, doing 10 classes and with a race on tomorrow I decided a rest would be good 💪

I grew up in Singapore which meant clean streets and tap water which was safe to drink. I never had a reason to feel afraid of going anywhere alone even if it was dark out. It was such a comfortable place to grow up.
But being comfortable in a safe, clean country I turned into this kid that didn’t really want to travel to many different places. I used to believe so many other places were dirty, unsafe and not worth visiting.
Now I can’t believe I used to be that way.
If I came to India as the 15 year old I used to be I’d hate it. I’d probably complain and sulk and say how dirty it was.
But all I see now is beauty. The world is a massive place and I cannot let something so small hold me back anymore.
I’ve seen amazing history and architecture, met phenomenal people, learned so much about their culture and religions, and really experienced what yoga means in this country.
If I was still so afraid, I would live my whole life missing out on these experiences.
And what a sad life that would be.

These past few weeks my training has been shit. I haven’t hit a pr in months. It sucks but sometimes it happens... so I’m changing things up. Decided to buy a 16 hypertrophy program (with some strength work as well). Finally feel excited about my training again 🤸🏼♀️ •
This is my starting physique (excuse the morning face 🌞). Should I do these every 4-5 weeks? I used to never take progress pictures but I really do think that it’s one of the best ways to keep track of progress! I thrive off of structure, a challenge and progress so I think that the commitment that a program requires will be really positive for me!
