I remember when my brother pressed a piece of paper in my hand where the names of some calisthenics athletes were written on it. I watched all youtube videos i found about calisthenics and decided that i want to become just like those guys. On the same evening i started my first bodyweight workout at home. I never thought that it's possible for me to came so far. But now i know for sure discipline will take you anywhere you want. You just have to start and always remember why you started. •

friday thoughts 💭. the weekend is always something i look forward to (even as i strive to enjoy every single day- not just the weekends🙏🏻). working full-time and working out before work every day, it would be really easy to use the weekends as a release and just let go of all my healthy habits on my days off and call it “balance”... right? but when you think about it- does that really make any sense? live a life that feels good EVERY day... if you need days off to live completely differently on the weekend you might need to rethink your current patterns and lifestyle. what kind of life are you trying to create? you should WANT to keep the hustle and healthy habits going so you can enjoy the results of the life you are working so hard to build for yourself! so...what kind of weekend are you going to have? #fridaymood

So today it happened. I failed and cheated on my diet. Not like i’ve been restricting or anything just cutting out bad food and sugary stuff that makes me #binge
I had a relapse and as much as its embarrassing and im disappointed im also glad because i got SO SICK today.
My body started sweating and shaking and i felt so sick and got a headache and all of it.
Even though i feel really bad im still glad my body reacted that way because it was such a light switch. I didn’t eat more than i used to eat a ’normal’ day before this. I ’only’ had three donuts and imagine, THIS is how my body felt like every damn day before. I feel heavy i feel dizzy and its like a cloud over me.
Today was actually a great learning experience for me because i realise how good i feel and how much better i’ve become since i started this #gfg
journey and changed my bad habits.
Just to think that this was my normal day of eating is insane and such a wakeup call. 💖💖💖

For some it may be less for others it may be more... but don't feel like you need to have only 6 hours of sleep or less just because some guy on SOCIAL MEDIA told you you need to HUSTLE 24/7 (that's not applicable for everyone...) 😉
