Finalizando esses 4 meses de suposta preparação de um campeonato. Agradeço imensamente ao meu Coach @felipe.borba8 muito obg mesmo. Queria sentir na pele como seria uma preparação , tive sim alguns vacilos , os últimos dias são bem complicados pela falta de água ou falta de carboidrato mas no fim deu tudo certo. vlw a experiência, o que não vele mais é vacilar para não perder o que conquistei. Iniciei com 83kg no off cheguei aos 88 e agr estou com 82kg. a vida é cheia de altos e baixos então vamos para mais um off novamente 😁. Haven't worked on arms in probably three months due to an injury. Honestly, shoulders and legs have been my favorite always(both of which I haven't done much in the recent past). I do arms only to keep in touch with lifting power. Video 1) First set was of 50 pound dumbbell curls and that's pretty good for a first set after such a long long break on arms. I can get back to lifting heavy even though I have had a long interval of not working out on that muscle in that "PARTICULAR" way...but have engaged the same muscle groups in various other unconventional exercises that involve them- rope pull ups, pull ups, weighted pull ups ,weight pulls. Yes the extra fast twitch muscle fibre is highly advantageous as it does give explosive power even if I have had a lay off ...but the main secret here is workouts which do not involve in particular weights nor gyms. Video 2). Set 2 with 60 pounds....the pain did make me cringe in the right arm...recovery is good ...but not complete. However I'm not into a visual physqiue in particular....I'm into a body structure that is functional, practical and one which is independent of any artificial supplements ...not even protein supplements so I can survive, sustain and do what I have to where I have to....and in the real life...that's where the advantage lies....we aren't going to live our lives always completely and wholistically in the gym ...so having a physique which is strong, practical and can sustain anywhere I guess...is personally right in my opinion. Você se hidrata durante o treino? 💧 Se não tens costume de levar uma garrafinha para por água e andar ao seu lado , ou esquece de tomar um copo entre um exercício ou outro comece a se programar melhor .🤔 Através da transpiração, ocorre também a perda de água e eletrólitos (sódio, potássio, magnésio e cloro), que causam desidratação e acarretam na diminuição do volume de sangue em cada bombeamento (batimento cardíaco) realizado pelo coração. Entretanto, o organismo mobiliza a água de várias partes do corpo para o sangue. Uma vez que esse mecanismo passa a ser insuficiente e não dá conta do recado, ocorre um aumento da frequência cardíaca na tentativa de manter o bombeamento de sangue e a pressão arterial em condições normais. Já quando o aumento da frequência cardíaca é insuficiente, ocorre uma redução de força aeróbia (capacidade respiratória) e prejuízo no desempenho durante a atividade física. Por exemplo, se houver perda de 2% de água, a consequência imediata disso é a sensação de sede. Já em uma perda de 4%, há uma diminuição de 20 a 30% da capacidade física, que obriga a pessoa a fazer um esforço maior para concluir um exercício.
