Hey there, everybody! How y'all doing?! Right now, I wanna send my birthday wish to this great champ and member of the Four Horsemen who turns 65 today. Tully Blanchard is a pro-wrestler. He is best known for his appearances in the Jim Crockett Promotions, NWA, and WWF in the mid to late 1980s as a member of the Four Horsemen and The Brain Busters. Championships held by Tully over his career including the NWA World Heavyweight championship, NWA World Television championship, NWA World United States Heavyweight championship, NWA World Tag-Team championship, and WWF World Tag-Team championship. As the son of wrestling promoter and former AWA wrestling star Joe Blanchard, Tully was involved in the wrestling business at a very young age. He began selling programs and refreshments at the arena at age 10, and worked as a referee when he was older. He attended West Texas State University where he played football, first as a quarterback and then as a defensive end alongside fellow future wrestlers Tito Santana and Ted DiBiase. .
Tully Blanchard was inducted into the NWA Hall of Fame in 2009, and the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012. .

So, in case you have yet to try it- here it is for your thanksgiving pleasure! 🙌🏼✨💜✨ . . .
BLACK BEAN BROWNIES!!
(Don't you knock it until you try it!!!) 🔸1 1/2 cups black beans (1 🔸15-oz can, drained and rinsed very well) 🔸2 tbsp cocoa powder- dutch or regular(I add just a little extra)
🔸1/2 cup quick oats
🔸1/4 tsp salt
🔸1/2cup pure maple syrup or agave 🔸1/4 cup coconut oil
🔸2 tsp pure vanilla extract
🔸1/2 tsp baking powder
🔸1/2 cup to 2/3 cup chocolate chips (Not optional.)
🔸Optional: more chips, for the top
🔸Preheat oven to 350 F. 🔸Combine all ingredients except chips in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well. (A blender can work if you absolutely must, but the texture—and even the taste—will be much better in a food processor.) 🔸Stir in the chips
🔸Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. 🔸Sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top. 🔸Cook 15-18 minutes
🔸Cool completely before cutting
Makes 9-12 brownies. (I always make a double batch!) ✨💜✨

◽️First photo: my bikini competition back in 2016. The leanest i have ever been. I worked hard as hell to get there. I was proud and it’s something I’ll never forget. Although i may have looked awesome on the outside, my insides were suffering. My hormones were fucked up. I was always hungry. Weak. Irritable. Tired. Moody af. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
◽️Second photo: in the depths of my recovery. The heaviest i have been in years. I had to take a few months off from working out. I was eating whatever my heart desired. It was very freeing time for me. I was having a lot of fun. I didn’t feel confident with how i looked, but knew it was what i had to do to recover and heal my hormones. ⠀
◽️Now: happy and healthy. I lost some of the weight i had gained while recovering. My hormones have been normal for almost a year now. I’m still working on fat loss, but it doesn’t consume me. I have never felt in such a great place mentally. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This journey has been a crazy one. I had to go through all of these phases to get where i am today. I had to be super lean to realize that being skinny doesn’t not equate happiness. I had to go through recovery to learn the importance of rest, intuitive eating, and freedom. Everything i have gone through has got me to where i am today. 🌔🌓🌕🌗🌖
I am not saying I’m perfect. I still have so much to work and improve on. But I feel balanced. And i can get where i want to be without being extreme, on either end of the spectrum. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No matter where you are at in your journey, embrace it, learn and grow from it. You will get to where you want to be. Whatever is best and healthiest for you. Just give it time and have patience with yourself. 🦋
