Quick story... I’ve always been the person who when somebody tells me “no” or I “can’t do it”, I want to prove them wrong. Some may call it being stubborn (it may be a little bit of that) but, I call it being determined. The biggest thing that pisses me off is when someone assumes I can’t do something just because I’m not a man. I use hand tools, chop up wood with axes, use crowbars to rip up decks (etc.) and when I worked at the gas station, we would fill propane bottles and I would lift 170lbs tanks into truck beds. The looks I got were PRICELESS. I’m not saying me being able to show people I can do anything is the only reason I work out, but it sure is fun. 💪🏼 .
Just arrived to the fit expo and the first guy I meet is the infamous @bradleymartyn if you guys haven't seen his videos you guys will get a good laugh and or some motivation 💪

Last night I hit 405 for a double with ease! This is a bodyweight PR for me 💪 last time I hit 405 I was 200 lbs and had 2 spotters, but now I'm 180 lbs and owned the weight on my own! 💥Progress takes time but the key is being consistent💥
