always roll-ing up to the sushi restaurant!
A little throwback to a lunch I had in Milano with a friend 💚 We went to @ynoturbansushi
and got ourselves a bowl of miso soup and some freshly made sushi, only veggies for me of course 🥒 Tasted really nice!
Thanks to @beautypass
for this lunch!
really outdid themselves this year with their December Cupcakes of the month! first up is their Peanut Butter Blossom Cupcake🥜🍫🧁 peanut butter cake filled with chocolate fudge, topped with some MORE chocolate fudge (my fav), peanut butter buttercream, a Hershey Kiss, and of course the sparkling sugar✨
is there such thing as too many pizzas?? I don’t think so 😍
Lazy morning 💙
The other day I made this easy but delicious bowl of oats with some @alpro
almond milk and chia seeds and topped it (very randomly) with banana, cinnamon, organic dried cranberries, walnuts and my fave @depindakaaswinkel
peanut butter with dates and cinnamon 👅
Sharing this to be real, because I don’t always feel like taking that much effort for a pretty bowl 💁🏻♀️
Lunch today 😋
- mashed potatoes 🥔
- ryebread with vegetarian ham and cucumber 🥒
- rydebread with vegetarian “snitzel” 🌱
Coconut & berry cream pot topped with berries and grapes🍓 such a tasty and healthy snack!
It's freeeezing which gives me the perfect excuse to stay cosy inside with a hot choc☕ we all watched Love Actually last night in my flat with mulled wine and mince pies and it's made me sooo excited to go home on Friday and see all of the Christmas decorations (my family always go over the top it's great)🎄🎄
Tuna salad🥗 made with lettuce, rocket, cherry tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, red onion and tuna!
Nothing like a full english to start a lazy sunday😍 it's so easy to make a few healthier swaps when cooking a fry up:
1. Use @frylighthq
rather than normal oil
2. Use reduced salt & sugar baked beans
3. Use reduced fat pork or chicken sausages
4. Swap bacon for bacon medallions
5. Swap white bread for brown
Throwing it back to these reduced sugar rocky road squares I made a few weeks ago using @natvianaturalsweetener
❤ I constantly crave sweet things around Christmas time and it's fine to enjoy them in moderation! Baking things with a natural sweetener is an easy way to include your favourite foods (one of mine being chocolate) without consuming as much sugar or calories!! The recipe for these is a few posts back🍫
