Happy Monday! I saw a recipe for balsamic peaches on @theoliveandmango
insta and I was like I’m making that! I substituted sherry vinegar for the balsamic and it tasted just as good! These babies went over my Greek yogurt which made for an awesome breakfast! I hope you all have a wonderful week! #peaches #roasted

I was never a huge fan of cooking because I felt like you spend so long preparing for only a short period of indulging and then back to the sink for cleaning. This is when my love for baking was born. Spend the time on the details so people can admire them, appreciate you and taste the sweet heaven! I find myself making excuses for detail even in things as simple as s’mores. These are even guilt free- made with some super low sugar, delicious, @choczero

This Kale Salad with Green Goddess Yogurt Dressing is on the blog today! It’s one of my favorite kale salads ever because it’s filled with so much goodness and texture! We’ve got toasted hazelnuts, dried cranberries, shaved parm, avocado, and chickpeas. And the best dressing EVER. 😍
This green goddess dressing is amazingly delicious and it gets its creaminess from avocado and greek yogurt, and it has all the fresh herbs 🌿 Chives, parsley, tarragon, basil, cilantro, and lots of garlic 🙌🏻 I love using it as a dip for veggies too!
