What’s a better place to have Tacos from than Taco Bell itself. Fajita Veggies and Mexican Paneer Taco combo with nachos keeps my vegetarian friends happy. And not to forget the unlimited number of soft drink refills with it.

DAY 3: Ok, doing this quick and dirty before bed !
1- Peanut butter cereal from Puffin with raspberries and cashew milk and a cup of Jasmine green tea
2- A chocolate granola bar and a cup of vanilla caramel cream coffee (Both not pictured)
3- 8 oz of Tuna salad w/celery & no mayo as well as a strawberry/banana applesauce cup (not pictured)
4- Japanese fried rice and cabbage/pork/corn dumplings and 3 pieces of chocolate to reward myself for getting hired today.
Also not pictured: 4 glasses of water !
I did manage to stay within calories but still having trouble staying within allowed carbs and sugars though not going over by much on either so yey!
Goal for the next day is to have more fruits and veggies as well as to have my heaviest meal be later afternoon/early evening so it's better for digestion!
