MULTI🌾 MILLET Pancake mix
Finger Millet, Sorghum, Foxtail Millet, Whole wheat
BANANA 🍌 OATS Pancake mix
Organic Oats, Raw Kerela Banana powder, Whole Wheat
CHOCO 🍫RAGI Pancake mix
Finger Millet, Whole Wheat, 100% PURE and Natural Cocoa Powder
Instructions to Prepare:
Add 1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk OR Add 1/4 cup of mix with one whole egg and beat well. 1/4 cup – 30gm (Makes Three 2″ pancakes)
If required any sweetener like jaggery or coconut sugar can be added. Mix well
Heat a pan
Pour a laddle of the mix on the pan and do not spread it.
Drizzle ghee and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well.
Serve with honey/date syrup/ fruits
