▶️INGREDIENTES: 6 ovos, 6 colheres de açúcar orgânico, 1 tablete de chocolate meio amargo ou com 60% de cacau, 1 caixinha de creme de leite, 1 cálice raso de vinho do porto ou vinho tinto licoroso (opcional).
▶️PREPARO: Primeiro, coloque o chocolate pra derreter em banho maria. Separe as gemas das claras, em duas tigelas diferentes. Na tigela das claras, bata com o açúcar até virar claras em neve e reserve. Depois, enxague os garfos da batedeira e bata as gemas que estão na outra tigela. Bata muito, muito mesmo, até ela ficar fofa e bem clarinha. Depois, junte o chocolate, já derretido, com a gema e bata até misturar tudo. Acrescente as claras em neve e bata mais. Com a velocidade baixa, misture rapidamente o creme de leite e o vinho do porto. Coloque em potinhos ou numa travessa transparente de vidro. Irish octopus?! I was convinced it was Spanish, but no, it hails from the southern shores of Ireland. A tender chargrilled tentacle served with a Romesco sauce, a cucumber mooli (daikon) salad, and a mango salsa 😋. At the aptly named @asador_restaurant
in Dublin which chargrills Irish produce. This starter was followed by a glorious whiskey-flamed grass-fed chateaubriand 🥩 and bone marrow. We are off north to Emyvale today with the Irish Food Board @bordbiame
