Lemon posset and strawberry jam.
500ml heavy cream
75ml lemon juice
Pinch of ginger powder (optional)
Put cream and sugar in a sauce pan and place over medium heat and melt gently. Bring mixture to a boil for about 2-3mins, add lemon zest and juice with continuous stirring. Turn off heat and sieve.
Divide into serving glasses or ramekins, cool to room temperature and chill in your refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Serve and enjoy.

⭐️It was about last night,me and my husband decided to have Chinese⭐️I wanted to try a new place
⭐️Ginyaki and Asian-Wok both
were on my list because I hadn’t tried both of them.⭐️So we randomly decided to go to Asian-Wok.
⭐️It’s an elegant,nice-looking resturant with an outdoor and indoor.⭐️We decided to dine indoors because we had our 10months old with us and it was cold outside.
⭐️Coming to the menu it was a vast menu with many chinese and thai dishes.⭐️As it was our first visit so we decided to be on safe side and ordered the most common dishes.
-Hot and Sour Soup with Fish Crackers
•Soup was good,perfect balance of flavours and served hot and fresh.
-Kung Pao Chicken
-Chicken fried rice
•Everything was upto mark with good flavours and taste.
•Everything was fresh.
•Mostly some Chinese food have some egg smell which is very bad,but this food had no bad smell.
•Can you guys imagine,there were unlimited free MINT MARGARITAS,like wow what else we want😋
•And and one more thing,green tea was complimentary too,matlb level hi aur hogya.
•Staff was very courteous and nice.
