My delicious, vegan, sugar free, gluten free waffles 🤗 I eat them for my breakfast every day for the moment, can't wait my morning I can eat them again 😁 here is how to make waffles, its so easy and quick:
You need: almond milk ( about 1 cup) 1 tbs of coconat oil ( or other) 1 cup Rice flour (gluten free)
Mix all very well I blend first milk with oil.
The consistency should be like cream if to thick add some more milk if thin more flour, hit waffle maker, make sure its hot, put in mixture and cook about 5 to 8 min, done 🤗 you can eat with anything you want can make sweet with agave syrop and put some berries on top, or with syrop and bananas, I like them with wholegrain organic sugar free mustard and lettuce, I also love them with avocado but my avocado wasn't ready in the morning. 🍕 Your choice depends on how much weight you have to lose and what diet you can stick to. Larger deficits will likely lead to more fat and muscle loss and may affect your quality of life. My preference is a smaller deficit aiming for 1-1.5lbs a week.
💪 Large deficits do not always lead to muscle loss. Beginners following a high protein diet may actually gain muscle.
✅ In some cases a large deficit can be the best idea. Main focus is what can you CONSISTENTLY follow for a long enough period to reach your goal.

Oh I do love prawn 🍤 cocktail 😍 I would love to tell you that this is a super healthy fat free alternative to the classic.......but nope it’s just a plain old prawn cocktail with Marie Rose sauce made with full fat mayo 🙈 it’s all about balance 👌🏼 no guilt here!

Questa è stata la mia colazione di stamattina, un crumble di patate dolci e noci che ho accompagnato da uno yogurt greco di pecora. Tutto il resto è spiegato sul blog.
Vi chiedo solo di leggere il post (che è infinito, sorry, quindi dovrete prendervi anche un po’ di tempo) a mente e cuore aperto, tutto qui. Io sono sempre la stessa ❤️

🇬🇧 I wrote a new post on my blog this morning. A post that has been tough to put down, one I’ve been thinking about a lot lately, wondering if I really was required to write. But I was starting to feel uncomfortable in my own space, where I should be 100% honest both with myself and with you all. I just couldn’t let you people think I’m still fully vegan cause I’m not. This was my breakfast this morning, a walnut sweet potato crumble with a Greek style sheep yogurt. Green Thai curry bowl tonight, hubby is making a flying visit home and requested 🌶! Loads of veggies in here, leeks, aubergines, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms and green beans.
Such an easy, throw together post gym dinner tonight... Wholewheat spaghetti, Quorn chicken pieces, mushrooms, red onion, tomatoes, garlic & basil all mixed together with vegetarian pesto and topped with chilli flakes. So yummy and really tasty 😋

Quick meal: brown rice and quinoa mix, chickpeas (low sodium and I rinsed), half an avocado, spicy peach salsa. I can store all of these ingredients at work and can easily prepare it in less than 5 minutes with the help of a microwave and a mason jar. Bonus: all of the ingredients cost me less than $5 ($2.50/serving or less). Please note the asterisks. You can absolutely lose weight and eat foods that you enjoy if it fits your numbers, but it is absolutely impossible to lose weight if you’re squeezing pizza 🍕 and doughnuts 🍩 into your numbers every single day.
Would you like to enjoy the occasional bowl of ice cream 🍦? You can.
Would like you indulge on some hot wings? You can.
You can’t do it everyday, nor should you. Strive to eat as wholesome as possible. Your body will thank you for it ❤️

#mealprep for LUNCH this week FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER😯. Baked 🍗 chicken green beans🌱butternut squash 🍠and quinoa🍚in my @mealprepster containers After a coworker said he makes ALL his lunches on Sunday for the week I wanted to try it for myself. I typically eat a wrap filled with cold cut and veggies with pretzels (LEGIT HAVE FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS) but my #IBS 👎🏻has been flaring on and off pretty bad so I’m TRYING to have NO 🙅🏻♀️ #fodmap or processed items this week and sticking to as natural forms of food as possible. Simply seasoned with olive oil and salt. HAVE A MARVELOUS WEEK EVERYONE 💗
