My delicious, vegan, sugar free, gluten free waffles 🤗 I eat them for my breakfast every day for the moment, can't wait my morning I can eat them again 😁 here is how to make waffles, its so easy and quick: You need: almond milk ( about 1 cup) 1 tbs of coconat oil ( or other) 1 cup Rice flour (gluten free) Mix all very well I blend first milk with oil. The consistency should be like cream if to thick add some more milk if thin more flour, hit waffle maker, make sure its hot, put in mixture and cook about 5 to 8 min, done 🤗 you can eat with anything you want can make sweet with agave syrop and put some berries on top, or with syrop and bananas, I like them with wholegrain organic sugar free mustard and lettuce, I also love them with avocado but my avocado wasn't ready in the morning. Simple #vitaminfood ! • #Artichokes (boil for 20 mins) with olive oil, garlic, mustard and lemon dip (blend all together and #voila#Soup - Pumpkin 🎃 🍠 sweet potato, cauliflower, turmeric, ginger and garlic (I added #moringapowder herbs and cayenne pepper too) just boil in water and blend! • #Flaxseed & #chia crackers- these are my new #obsession ! 35g whole flaxseed, 50g ground flaxseed (use blender) 40g chia seeds, 1tsp soy, pinch of sea salt, 1 cup water. Mix all together, leave for 15 mins to chicken, then place in preheated oven 140• for 1 hr.30 then turn over and cook other side for 40mins or until crispy. Quick meal: brown rice and quinoa mix, chickpeas (low sodium and I rinsed), half an avocado, spicy peach salsa. I can store all of these ingredients at work and can easily prepare it in less than 5 minutes with the help of a microwave and a mason jar. Bonus: all of the ingredients cost me less than $5 ($2.50/serving or less).
