The noodles were peppery. We tried glass noodle, rice noodle and egg noodle. We felt that the rice noodles compliment the broth.

Posidon Bakery. They make their own phyllo in house. Definitely worth the trip. No mail or internet orders. Baklava was best I have ever had.
