is meant to be) was as good an accompaniment as icecream is to fondant anywhere...but not with any extraordinary flavour which is what pistachio and coconut icecream Could be.. Quite a good price though for £3.50 - this dish is usually a bit pricier elsewhere..

I recently asked a friend to help pick up a pack of cacao nibs from Australia and have been waiting to use it since! I finally baked my classic favourite vegan banana bread. Yes, I’m still obsessed with them and am interchanging and changing things up a lil (here and there). I’m using buckwheat flour, almond flour, coconut oil, a dash of cinnamon, bluebs and loads of cacao nibs! I can safely say this is so much better than previous loaves. Dinner is served! Miso eggplant with coconut rice, marinated lentil & broccolini 👌🏽 ! My beautiful brothers girlfriend actually inspired me to make this dish and kindly passed on the recipe which I tweaked a little. I really can’t believe how easy it is to make & how delicious it is!! .. The recipe is below if you wish to try it out! ⚡️⚡️
Simply mix some good quality Miso paste (I used approx 1/2 cup) with warm water so it is maple syrup like in texture. I also add a touch of pure maple syrup to it.
Cut eggplant in half and then add slits.
Brush eggplant with oil and let sit for a few mins so it soaks in. (I used olive oil). Then add miso paste mix being sure to get it down the slits.
Put in oven around 160-170 degrees centigrade covered with foil for 30mins then remove foil and leave to bake until the tops of the eggplant look golden brown! Lobhia masaledar or curried black eyed peas is a healthy and a slightly different variation of dal makhani. The cow peas are pressure cooked and simmered in onion and tomato gravy that is flavoured with spices. This curry is rich in a subdued earthy way. This aromatic stew is best served with tikona (triangular) parathas or just plain rice. But if you want a to make your meal a little more richer and substantial, then I suggest serving Lobia masala with ghee rice. I assure you it will take the flavors to a whole new level. Non ho nemmeno un vero albero 🌲, perché di solito addobbo dei rami secchi (e non mi dite che è tanto triste, lo so già da me). Così quest’anno ho pensato di accontentare i miei pargoli e comprarne uno ecologico, ma piccolo. Sì, comprerò la taglia più piccola di albero da vaso. Perché quello che già penso è la fatica di tirar fuori tutto e poi la fatica maggiore di rimettere tutto a posto. Ok, non vi stanco di prima mattina, vi dico solo che però ho deciso che avrò un albero commestibile e questi omini di pandizenzero non possono mancare! E voi che albero farete? Ci avete già pensato?

Forever on the cauliflower gnocchi train. Best part - I think I finally perfected these bad boys. Bake in the oven at 375 for 22-25m. Crisps them up perfectly 🙌🏼

enchilada jackfruit bowl according to the directions on the package, then loaded a gluten free pizza crust with a layer of spinach, the jackfruit enchilada bowl (just poured it onto a cutting board and chopped everything finely), and a little sprinkle of cheese on top! I followed the pizza crust directions and cooked it on 350F for 13 minutes! so YUMMM!
