I’m often asked for recipes, but honestly I just whack things together most of the time. I keep my foods simple and whole most of the times and just add things for taste and to hit whatever macro I need.
I’m loving these little burgers at the moment, if you can call them a burger. Kinda a vege burger but with chicken 🤔🤣.
So I use Tip Top sandwich thins.
Then I mash up some peas,carrot and corn and add 10g Feta and chilli sauce.
Then add a Marinated chicken breast and avocado if I need some fats.. I’m loving the Aldi marinated fresh chicken ones at the moment.
Seriously loving this combo and it takes under 15 minutes to cook and prep.

Guys, sodium isn’t bad. For those who have high blood pressure or retain water easily then having a diet high in sodium may not be ideal for you - but for many, especially those crushing it in the gym having a little extra sodium is perfectly OK.👌
Sodium is an electrolyte, your body needs a proper electrolyte balance to maintain proper bodily function.⚡️🧠💪🏼
When we workout, we deplete sodium and other electrolytes through sweating. Having a little bit of extra sodium can actually allow you to push harder at the gym, avoid cramps, and achieve better pumps and blood flow overall.💪🏽
If you’re someone who gets gassed halfway through a workout, experiences cramps, or feels fatigued adding a little bit of extra salt to your meals will be beneficial.👍

Every dish they brought out was just as tasty as the last one, and some of the dishes I loved even surpsied me 😲 Like this poached salmon salad topped with a huge, crispy salmon skin and doused in creamy apple dressing 🤤 Who would've guessed MY favorite brunch dish would be a salad?! 🤷🏻♀️
