Another salted butterscotch pumpkin pie has just been slipped into the oven as requested for a sweet friend’s birthday celebration tomorrow. With plans of making it again next week for Thanksgiving and having made it in late October, a grand total of three butterscotch pumpkin pies will have been whisked up in my little kitchen in a month’s time and I simply can’t complain.

A tak naprawdę dużo do szczęścia mi nie potrzeba. Ot taki prosty przepis: - sałatka z groszku i rzodkiewki Składniki:
´ 1 pęczek rzodkiewek,
´ 1 miseczka groszku,
´ 1 cebulka,
´ oliwa z oliwek, ocet jabłkowy,
´ odrobina kolendry. ´Przygotowanie sałatki:
´Umyć rzodkiewkę. Pokroić w plasterki albo w kosteczkę według uznania.
´Poszatkować cebulkę. Dodać groszek.
´Polać oliwą z oliwek. Doprawić octem.
´Posypać z wierzchu poszatkowanymi ziołami np kolendrą.

People are really funny. Some say eating fruit is healthy. Because it has vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. And some say fruits have sugar so don’t eat them.
But we all wanna know, which is it!? If we listened to all the health claims out there, we’d literally eat nothing because theres always someone who has an opinion or a “study” proving why their opinion is correct.
But its just a simple question…is fruit good for you?
The overall answer is YES. But where we get crazy is the quantity, quality, and what its replacing in your diet.
Some of us eat little to no fruit and some of us eat boat loads of fruit. Some of us eat organic fruit and some of us eat conventional fruit.
Like most things, quality and quantity dictate how healthy something is for us. So eat fruit when in season, not a ton but a few servings a day, and try and make it organic. Simple as that 🙃 .

Rafined sugar free banana bread recipe;
▫️4 ripe bananas
▫️85 ml plant based oil
▫️15ml plant based milk
▫️200 gr maple syrup
▫️230 gr whole wheat flour
▫️15 gr baking powder
▫️2 tablespoons flex seeds
▫️1 handful raisin
▫️Any kind of nuts optinal but delicious😋
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add wet ingredients.
3. Mix the dry ingredients in another cup and add to mixing bowl.
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C, or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan before service. 😙
