1- plums with mustard jam, a fantastic start, fresh, new, very féminine
2-goyava with macadamia nut milk foam and shiso, don't get fooled by the simple looks, this dish is bomb
3- fennel with terragon and apple vinegar, very powerful, for the fennel lovers
4- wild mushrooms and crispy tapioca,, perfect winter dish, with a sensation of foie gras
5- cauliflower, with an intense red wine sauce, a way to discover cauliflower again!
6- Jerusalem artichokes, propably my winner for this dinner, an undiscribable mix of textures and flavors, so comforting...
