Roasted tomatoes with feta on toasted rye sourdough bread 🤤 This bread is made locally in New York and is absolutely delicious and made with the cleanest ingredients 🙌🏼 No fillers, preservatives, or any of that stuff. Anyway, I’m off to explore some more of this city but here’s how I made these guys 😏👇🏼
Ingredients: 1 C grape tomatoes, 1 TB avocado (or olive) oil, Italian seasoning, feta cheese, s+p, 2 pieces of your favorite bread, and 1 TB butter .
Directions: ➡️Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry tomatoes and place onto a baking sheet lined with foil. ➡️Place tomatoes onto sheet and spray or coat in oil. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning and s+p all over. ➡️Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes look blistered. ➡️While they’re cooking, toast the bread and spread with butter (I like using ghee, grass fed, or @miyokos_kitchen
Vegan butter). ➡️Once they’re finished, place onto toast, sprinkle feta cheese on top and EAT!
