👩🏻🍳 Lets talk low FODMAP Indian food. Does it seem impossible to make?
💁🏻♀️ Well, I’ll let you in on a secret; with all the heavy flavored spices used in Indian food, you won’t even notice the absence of garlic and onion. Promise.
🙌🏻 So are you ready for another low FODMAP Indian curry recipe?
🌶 Indian Green Bean Curry:
Green beans (as much as your heart desires)
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow red pepper
1 green red pepper
1 green red pepper
A thumb of fresh ginger
1 can of coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 portions precooked quinoa
👩🏻🍳 Cut green beans + carrots + bell peppers and fry in olive oil on high heat for a few minutes. Add grated ginger, coconut milk and spices + salt and let simmer for about half an hour. Meanwhile; cook quinoa. Once the curry is finished; you can add the quinoa directly to the curry, mix and serve.

As I increase a client's calories/macros, they begin to lose weight/burn fat because their body stops storing calories as fat and starts to burn it as energy. Our bodies are so SMRT. 😋
If you are unsure if you are over or under eating, I encourage you to use MyFitnessPal and track your calories for a week. Tracking your food will allow you to see where there is room for improvement. ✔️
If your calories are really low or if you have been in a deficit for a long time it is not too late to restore your metabolism.
Just remember, this process takes time, it is a gradual increase.☺️

Ice Caramel Macchiato 🍵 I tried it first time and it was average 😊 just to tell you all one thing that whenever you order any beverage donot allow them to put ice in it because they add too much ice in it and we are not able to taste its actual flavour 😏 same goes with me in this case, they add too much ice in Caramel Macchiato that i was not able to taste it's actual flavour 😑 I know it's name is ICE CARAMEL MACCHAITO but still it's not fair that you filled the half glass with ice 😏
Overall I love visiting "Bella Vita" ❤ their presentation, their serving, the environment and specially I love there crockery😍
