🇬🇧 So many of you guys asked for a healthy version of fries! 🤤. How boring would life be without delicious chunky fries? Fries don’t have to be unhealthy as potatoes only contain 77 calories per 100g and is packed with nutrients and good vitamins 🥔. It’s all about how we cook them. 👩🍳 In a boiling water put about 2 medium potatoes 🥔 for 5-7 minutes. Once done cut them into fries shape and put them in a baking tray, sprinkle your favorites spices. We used paprika, chilli, pepper and mixed herbs.

200g de steak de thon
100g de riz basmati
1 càs d’huile d’olive
1 càs de vinaigre balsamique
2 càs de jus de citron
20g de gingembre râpé
Mélanger l'huile d'olive, le vinaigre balsamique, le jus de citron, le gingembre et les herbes; saler et poivrer.
Couper en petits dés le thon, l’avocat et la tomate. Et ajouter à la marinade.
Laisser reposer 2h au frigo.
Utiliser des carrés / cylindres à pâtisserie, mettre une première couche de riz et ajouter une couche de tartare de thon.
A déguster bien frais 🤗

I’ve been using a natural deodorant for years now. Here’s what’s hiding in your deodorant that can make you real sick.
1. Aluminum: linked to breast cancer in women, prostate cancer, and increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
2. Parabens: disrupt our delicate hormone balance, which can lead to early puberty in children, and increased risk of hormonal cancers. Linked to birth defects and organ toxicity.
3. Propylene Glycol: can cause damage to the central nervous system, liver, and heart.
4. Phthalates: linked to a higher risk of birth defects. May disrupt hormone receptors, increase the likelihood of cell mutation.
5. Triclosan: classified as a pesticide by the FDA. Classified as a possible carcinogen by the EPA. (Carcinogen is a substance capable of causing cancer in living cells)
✅ Do your own research. I’m just passing on risk factors. Research shows both sides I guess depending on who was funding that particular research.
✅ Aluminum for me is a 💯 no-no to put in or on my body. More so I keep away from my kids because they are more exposed to chemicals than my generation ever was.
✅ There are many natural aluminum-free deodorants on the market. Have you found any good ones?👇🏾👇🏾(plz share)
✅ My general rule is if I’m using something everyday of my life it must be chemical and dye- free. We really don’t know the long term effects of use. Can’t go wrong with natural. Chemicals absorbed or ingested just can’t be good.
✅ My favourite natural deodorant is simply coconut oil. I told you coconuts are my go-to. What do you use that’s natural? Anyone make their own?? Plz share ❤️❤️

🇬🇧 So many of you guys asked for the peanut butter recipe! Here is a recipe dedicated to this spread we all love 💕. Get 500g of unsalted peanuts and put them in the oven at 180• for 10mins. Put them in a blender and mix for 15 seconds. Add 3 tablespoons of honey. Mix for 15 seconds again. Add 2 tbsp milk and mix for 20 seconds!
All done! Enjoy your peanut butter with warm bread, or with chocolate 😉. What other spread would you want us to make? 😍

Vous aurez besoin de 500g de cacahuètes nature. Mettre au four pendant 10min à 180•. Puis mettre dans un mixeur pour 15 secondes. Ajouter ensuite 3 càc de miel. On mixe encore pendant 15 secondes. Ajouter encore 3 càc de lait et mixer pendant 20 sec.
Et voilà de quoi accompagner vos tartines pour un délicieux petit déjeuner 😋

🇬🇧 The sun is out and we all scream for ice cream! ☀️ You guys have been asking us to share a healthy ice cream recipe so here we are! 👩🍳 3 mangos
400g FittyGalz cottage cheese
30g grounded stevia
1/2 squeezed lemon
1g agar agar or gelatine leaves
Cut the mangos and put 3/4 of them on the freezer for 4 hours. Mix the rest of the mangos with the lemon juice, stevia and 15cl of water - add the agar agar and heat it for 5 mins. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Get the mango out 15 minutes before serving and mix it with cottage cheese and 15g of Stevia.
Serve with a mango coulis and enjoy 😍🍧
🇫🇷 Parce que le soleil 🌞 est là, qu’on a envie de se rafraîchir avec une bonne glace 🍦 On vous propose notre version healthy de la glace à la Mangue ! 👩🏻🍳 3 mangues
400g de fromage blanc fitty
30g de stevia
Jus d’un citron
1g d’agar agar
Découper les mangues et mettre les 3/4 au congélateur 4h.
Mixer le reste des mangues avec un jus de citron, la stévia et 15cl d'eau - ajouter l'agar agar et mettre à chauffer 5mn. Réserver au frais 2 heures.
Sortir les mangues 15mn avant de servir et les mixer avec le fromage blanc et 15g de stévia.
Servir avec un coulis de purée de mangue et savourer ☀🍧

Well this is my leaning tower of dates 😁 I just love dates and this year I’ve fallen in love with Medjool dates - have you tried those ones? I just love how sweet and how caramel like they are 😋
And I’ve only recently come to appreciate more fully the health benefits of this wonderful food. Here’s some of those benefits:
