Overnight oats. I make a large mason jar on a Sunday and scoop out daily for breakfast over the following week. Combine 2 cups raw oats to 4 cups unsweetened almond milk or your favorite milk. Mix and let sit in fridge overnight. Scoop into bowl and add your favorite fruits or berries and crushed walnuts. I like it just like that. You can drizzle maple syrup or honey if you want to add a bit of sweetness. Easy and loved by all ages.

Potatoes nuggets that are so easy to make and perfect for lunch boxes 😉👇🏻: 4 potatoes, 1 onion, 70g oats. Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, parsley.
Peel the potatoes and bring them to boil for 15 mins. Cut the onion and cook it in a pan. Season with all the spices except parsley.
Shred your boiled potatoes, add the cooked onion, the oats and the parsley. Season with some more salt and pepper. Form nuggets and put it in the oven for 20 mins at 180•. Sprinkle cheese on top once done. .
Enjoy with a side salad 😉.

👩🏻🍳 4 patates
Sel, poivre, paprika et persil.
Cuire les pommes de terre 🥔 à la vapeur, y ajouter ensuite l’oignon revenu dans une poêle, l’avoine et les épices.
Former des petites boules de nugfets et mettre au four 20 min à 180•.
On peut ajouter un peu de fromage râpé et laisser gratiner au four 2 minutes de plus.
A déguster accompagnée d’une salade bien fraîche !

drinking some nettle tea and between the cranberries pills and these other ones i picked up in natural grocers, i finally feel like i at the end of my gout flare up. i was diagnosed with gout - it’s a form of arthritis- inflammation in the joints. my dad has gout and it’s hereditary. the pain increases at night for me, with pain on my fingers, ankles and back. while normally high cbd strains, cbd creams and more help with the pain but this time everything that worked before hasn’t. 👉🏻 I bring this up because even though I am a huge advocate of you are what you eat, since my move, my eating habits have suffered. i’ve been eating gluten when out on the weekend, and started playing around with beans again - leading to high uric acid - producing urate crystals - that cause pain. my health has been my main priority the last two weeks, and being active hasn’t been possible because of the pain. i still try to walk a lot. ✨health looks different every day. today it’s this tea, @friends
