Check out this creamy mango/banana I blended up today! Super delishhhh #healthyandhappy
recipe is basic but damnnn tasty! ✔1-1/2 cup Mango (frozen), ✔1/2 Banana (frozen), ✔2 tbsp Oats, ✔4 Ice Cubes (3 would have been fine tho), and ✔2-1/2 cups Unsweetened Cashew Milk.
I loved this smoothie, like I said super tasty, but if I'm being honest, I was looking for a little more kick of citrus.
Next time I'm craving a creamy mango, I'll likely add a 1/4 cup of Mango/Orange Juice and lessen the cashew milk. With this little addition I'm sure I'll get that citrus kick I was hoping for.
All in all awesome smoothie. You'll never know until you try, and this was a great recipe test for me. Hope you enjoy as well!👌🙆

It’s easy to get run down as we get so close to the holidays and ordering a pizza is easy, but not necessarily healthy if you’re doing it a few times a week. If your immune system is compromised from lack of sleep and too much stress, you’re more at risk for getting a cold or the flu. And that shit’s going to put a full stop to any plans you have, whether you like it or not. Putting whole foods in your body is one way you can take care of yourself.
Today’s Challenge: Find 3-5 restaurants in your area that deliver higher-quality food.
We have some great Pho places, a sushi restaurant, and an Indian restaurant with a ton of good veg sides. We also have a list of to-go options nearby.
I'm not saying you can't order pizza. I'm not a monster! But for me, if I don't at least have three vegetables with dinner, I turn into a nightmare. Ask Eric 😂

I feel like that kid in that football movie who’s coach keeps reminding him not to open his eyes and keep going. One more step, almost there. I wasn’t called here because it was easy, or because I was well equipped. I was called here because this is what God has for me, and He wants to equip me for it in His own time.
