DINNER **Freezer Stash Creamy Lemony Chicken • Cauliflower Mash
Another Dinner... Another Freezer Stash Moment. I’m seriously in love with my Stash! .
CREAMY LEMONY CHICKEN
Here's what you need:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 Tbsp. paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp. dried thyme
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp. Meadow & Marrow Lemon & Herb
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan
2 cups baby spinach
1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, skin-side down, and sear both sides until golden brown. Drain excess fat and set aside.
3. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in the skillet. Add garlic, stir until fragrant, then add chicken broth, Meadow & Marrow Lemon & Herb bone broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, thyme, and stir. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low.
4. Stir in spinach, simmer until spinach has wilted and the sauce has thickened. Return chicken to the skillet.
5. Bake at 400˚F / 200˚C for 25 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.

How easy is soup weather? You pretty much can't go wrong with throwing a bunch of goodness in a pot. No measurements required, just add your favourite ingredients and adjust flavours to your liking. My no fuss go-tos are:
🌿Gently toast 2 tbsp curry powder in a pot with coconut oil
🌿Add some fresh turmeric, garlic and ginger, saute
🌿Throw in some diced pumpkin, a tin of brown lentils and coconut cream, stir
🌿make a cup of natural bone broth and add it to the pot. My favourite is @meadowmarrowbonebroth
- it's a super easy way to instantly infuse nutrients into any meal and raise it from standard to restaurant quality
🌿Simmer until vegetables are tender, then blend until smooth
🌿Season to taste
Other suggestions to make this dish epic:
✅create your own spice blend to up the flavour - Malaysian, Thai and Morrocan all work well
✅add some fresh herbs when blending - coriander works or simply add spinach for an extra vege hit
✅serve with pesto to bring life to this dish
✅add a squeeze of lemon to bring out the flavours
✅add an apple to the soup for sweetness

Here is my contribution for tonight - free range pork fillet, pan fried with S & P. A batch cook of seasonal roast veg - beetroot, pumpkin, carrot. Topped with heaps of chopped fresh parsley mixed in a Dijon mustard & freshly squeezed lemon juice brine (this side is JCN inspired... of course 😏). All left overs from dinner so lunch was done and dusted for 2 days. Simples.

Fish 🐟 is delish... a great week night meal which when filleted like this can be ready extremely quickly. High in omega-3 fats which are beneficial for your heart and brain and can also reduce inflammation. Fish is also a great source of iron and calcium. Are you getting enough though? We eat fish or seafood at least 4 times a week either grilled, baked or tinned in olive oil. There are many wonderful recipes using fish, so if you haven't tried it in a while, swap out a meat day for a fish day and we're sure you'll love it!⠀

Food ready for the day! Its gonna be a loooong busy day with not alot of time to eat so i prefer to have all my food prepped ready 💪🏻 1750 calories- still in that calores deficit and despite being away for 2 weeks (treatime 😋) ive actually lost 5kg since mid may and still gained strength! You don’t have to spend a lot of money to live healthy lifestyle; you just have to be Determined, smart,motivated, creative and shop smart. Know your local grocery store, farmers market, look for what’s on sale. .
If you not ready Mentality, emotional, spiritual and physically to take your health to next level then Yessssss, it would be hard. A normal Oatmeal can be eaten so many different ways, rice and beans can be eaten so many different ways. You have to challenge yourself daily and have creative mindset. .
It’s seems like we pay close attention for so many things except for our health and our family. We work hard for everything else except for our health and our family’s. I always have said, True health comes from GOD and HE give us everyday a chance to take care of our health and our family. Don’t make your health your lost priority. .

It is so important to be aware of the connection between a disease/symptoms caused by an infected tooth and I have seen my dad so many times identifying relationships between e.g. problems with the visual sense of a patient and the tooth causing this symptom.
The entire surface of the body is covered with a network of energy channels (meridians), which appear through the muscle fascia at certain switching points (acupuncture points) as small, anatomically proven neurovascular bundles. Each of these meridians traverses a specific tooth or tooth group and is associated with certain ana- tomical structures and organ zones.
