Vegan buckwheat pancakes are in my top 5 breakfasts. They are super fast to make, healthy and convenient breakfast and they come in all different flavors and options. These ones are just basic crepe recipes I used and I added a little touch of the @proteinworld
vegan vanilla blend. .
The crepes are vegan & gluten-free. If you want to try them, the recipe is here:
- 100g of buckwheat flour 150ml of plant milk
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 100 ml of sparkling water
- pinch of salt and baking powder
All of the ingredients should be mixed in a blender and set aside to sit for about 10 minutes. Then, they should be cooked in a none stick skillet over medium heat.
