I Haas #avocado

1/4 cup #hummus

brand smooth & creamy roasted red pepper hummus)
Blue corn #tortilla
chips, broken into bits (@traderjoes
brand organic stone ground blue corn chips w/sprouted amaranth, quinoa & chia seeds)…say that ten times! ☺
No salt or pepper needed, really. You can also substitute some brown rice for the tortilla chips, to add a bit more carb source👌🏾Mmmm, tasty!
Here’s a little secret: I prefer bowls over plates because they allow me to control my portion sizes. Especially when I’m not training as much and I'm just eatin' 😲😆 You're welcome!
