**Gremolata was made by combining minced basil, minced parsley, lemon zest, and minced garlic in a small bowl. .....
**Place asparagus on a platter and top with tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic glaze and sprinkle gremolata mixture on top........and Voila!!!......A beautiful colorful refreshing and a perfect summer salad. 👌

Whole wheat dough topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella round, leftover shredded chicken, red onion, pickled jalapeños with a drizzle of ranch. Oh, and adjust I coated the crust with olive oil and a bunch of dried oregano and rosemary. • • •
I am so happy I went out and bought the ingredients I needed and made the pizza I envisioned. I could have saved time by going next door to a pizza joint, but this left me feeling full and satisfied after just two slices. • • •

Feeling so well and good lately 🙆🏼♀️. Isn’t it funny how when you do more, like workout for example, you find yourself with more energy ⚡️? You’d think you’d gain more energy by conserving more energy..but that’s just not the case!
Physical activity increases the blood flow to your body. This increase in blood and oxygen provides more energy to your body to do even MORE work.
I am an incredibly productive person so keeping my energy up is of the utmost importance to me 💯. Here are my top hacks for keeping your energy levels up (beyond exercise):
1. Avoid added sugars - the headaches and sluggishness that comes on right after the “high” are not worth it most of the time.
2. Go get some sleep! I’m talking 7 hours here people. Skimping on sleep is always a recipe for disaster.
3. If you’re an extrovert like me, be social! Talking to a friend for a bit or even that random person behind you in line at the grocery store can seriously lift your mood and overall energy.
4. Give adaptogenic herbs a try! I make sure to include stress reducing and energy boosting herbs in my elixirs everyday. Some great ones to try for this are ashwagandha, rhodiola, and holy basil.
5. Shake up your routine! When you switch things up, your brain responds by releasing a rush of neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, which make you more alert. This is why I switch up my morning elixirs, walk different ways to work, do different workout classes. Take something ordinary and just switch it up!

I have been getting a lot of questions recently about what I “don’t” eat. For me, no foods are off limits. Every food I eat serves a purpose. Food is fuel. Whether it is a preworkout fuel, post workout fuel or a fuel for social enjoyment, all foods serve a purpose.
Remember food is not only fueling our physical health but also emotional or mental. Some times my emotional health needs some chocolate or a big vegan cinnamon roll.
I definitely watch my diet and balance what I eat but I don’t count calories. I instead focus on protein intake and make sure that I get in all my fruits and veggies. Everything seems to fall into place after that ☺️ #realfoodbyreilly #rd2be

Hong Kong-style milk tea and egg tart there you go.
Mixture of British black tea, Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka and sometimes with Chinese tea Pu Lei as a "tea base", serving with evaporated milk with white sugar or condensed milk without sugar, the milk tea is arguably most common breakfast and lunch drink in Hong Kong.
Personally, I love drink the milk tea without any sugar and milk - the milk tea at Sun Wah Cafe, shown in the picture, has been one of the best in town.
If you are the kind of person who has to sip a coffee in the morning no matter what - the milk tea always serves the same purpose, or you may order a milk tea and coffee mix - its name "Yuenyeung", literally means Mandarin duck - always a pair.
Egg tart, an English custard tart, a baked goodie one also doesn't wanna miss when visiting Hong Kong. There are many variations but I would highly recommend you to try traditional shortcrust one. Google it you would find more.
The quality of the drink and the dessert-like pastry can be so different among local cafes, a.k.a cha chaan teng. One thing to remember: often the case, in Hong Kong's local restaurants, the better the food they serve, the worse the service they provide.
Milk tea and egg tart not only represent a local food culture, but also showing, history-wise, British Hong Kong, a land that was under colonialism of UK.
