**Oil Free** - Egg Fried Brown Rice!
Fast Track - Cooking Hack:▪Use Parboiled Brown Rice and Avocado Oil or Olive Oil Cooking Spray! [Simple-Step #Recipe

w/Riced Cauliflower Too!)
1.) Dice Colored Bell Peppers, Red Onions, and Cilantro; Set Aside.
2.) In medium sized frying pan, heat on medium spraying the pan with avocado or olive oil cooking spray. Let heat.
3.) Using 1 pouch of cooked brown rice (or: dry riced cauliflour --- cannot be frozen riced Cauliflower because of the moisture), transfer ready rice and diced veggies into hot frying pan, Spritzing rice and veggies with cooking spray.
4.) Turn rice and veggies over, allowing to fry. Add in 2-3 tbsp low sodium @bragglivefoodproducts
amino (the healthy soy sauce alternative) and low sugar marinade [Recos 5 carbs or Less]: ▪1/4 cup Cut Orange Juice -Or-▪1-2 servings @stubbsbbqsauce
Sweet Chile Ginger Pork Marinade -Or-▪@waldenfarmsinternational
teriyaki sauce -Or- @madhavasweet
5 Cal Agave
5.). Sweet sauce will make it all sizzle. Dust stir fry w/ some Onion powder. Continue to stir, allowing to soak and fry evenly. ------
6.) While it cooks or after, scramble 2-3 eggs (or just eggwhites to cut calories) in separate pan. Set aside.
7.) Once rice is as browned or crisp to taste, combine stirfry with scrambled eggs. Garnish with cilantro, and add little Cayenne powder for some kick if desired.

This explosive workout helps develop your strength 💪🏽 and aerobic performance. Now I know some of you only sprint or run when you have to — like when the ice cream truck is going 60 mph, or you need a lift to the bakery. But, sprinting is a shorter distance — shorter than the route to the ice cream man 🍦 or bakery 🥧. 🙄So let me share the benefit of this exercise. 😉
Tire Flip To Sprint strengthening exercise incorporates explosive power from sprints🏃🏻♀️. With the added benefit of building muscle 💪🏽 along with speed, sprinting helps you build and define the glutes, hamstrings, and quads, while at the same time burning off the fat layers that hide the muscles underneath.
Execute this workout by having a friend time you as you complete tire flips for 20-25 yards. Once you finish flipping— from start to finish—turn around and sprint back 🏃🏻♀️ to the start. Take a 1-2 minute rest as your friend completes the same exercise. Complete two more rounds, and try to beat your time each round. Having prepped food has always been crucial to our lives, but rarely moreso than right now. With my schedule changing, Draz and I are now on opposite shifts - he's on overnights and I'm on days. So having healthy food already made will help keep both of us on track no matter what time of day we are eating!

Chicken stir fry with avocado instead of rice.. I just used salt pepper soy and and green curry paste for diced chicken breast. Fried it in coc oil , added ready stir-fry veg box from @sainsburys
and some hoisin sauce and water. yum
