Relish it while you have it. I literally did the same last night. My words are no match to my experince here. I have great respect for the CHEF Prateek Sadhu and his Creation. I must say my taste buds never really in the past experienced such heightened awakening from food alone.
A 10 course meal. What really was interesting about the food was the UNIQUE blend of Indian spices and ingredients.
The very first course is made to taste in the kitchen with a quick tour of the kitchen and Chefs.
Crab with seventeen spices from Kasmir. Now the spices alone must be secret behind the crunchy juicy crab.
Rich chicken broth with coriander cyrup, the idea is to just sip the soup to relish the flavour! Lobster melted in my mouth!
Juicy Lamb with mushroom and yogurt! Sea Bass wih crunchy quino smeared in mustard suace.
Corn bathed in butter froth. Kashmiri bread with pickled butter.
Potato & Tapiyoka chips with mango chutney.
Wackiest Desserts ever tasted... I could taste sweet, sour, bitter and a dash of salt at a time. Whow.
Smoked pineapple with vanilla bean icecream, plum berries dressed with pepper cream along pumpkin cakes gave a tangy twist.
Podicherry dark chocolate coffee and hazelnut mousse cracker served in a cute pandora box was the appropriate ending to this Royal dinner! What a take on Indian food! Just Brilliant!
Helpful staff who served us explaining the ingredients and spices used in every course of the meal.

Çerkes tavuğu için tam olarak ne düşündüğümü bilmiyorum. Defalarca yaptım orjinal tarifini ama sanırım yalancı olanı daha çok seviyorum... Her yemeği çok seven birisi olarak çerkes tavuğunu nasıl daha iyi yaparım bilmiyorum 🤷♀️ .
1 bütün but veya göğüs
250-300 gr süzme yoğurt (kuvamını kendinize göre ayarlayın)
1 yemek kaşığı mayonez (isteğe bağlı).
2 diş sarımsak
1/2 su bardağı ceviz.
Taze çekilmiş karabiber, tuz
2 dilim ekmek
Üzeri için: zeytinyağı, ceviz ve maydanoz
Tavukları haşladım, soğuduktan sonra robottan geçirdim. Ekmeklerin içini, sarımsağı ve cevizi de robottan geçirip bütün malzemeleri karıştırdım. Aslında üzerine tereyağlı sos yapmam gerekirdi ama mezelere zeytinyağı daha güzel oluyor bence... biraz zeytinyağı, biraz daha ceviz ve maydanoz ekledim.

Its Saturday! Lets make a simple and delicious dish to begin with our morning🌞Tofu contains goitrogens which can hinder iodine from absorbing and reaching our thyroid. Thus, combining and consuming both tofu and seaweed at the same time could actually prevent us from getting plenty of iodine from seaweed.

. (Recipe) Seaweed Tofu Sesame Salad
Serving size: 1 bowl
Some Dried Seaweed
1 pack Tofu
1Tsp Japanese soy sauce
1. Soak the dried seaweed into water for 5 minutes. Drain and cut it into smaller pieces.
2. Cut the Tofu into dices. Grind the sesame.
3. Prepare a salad bowl. Put in the seaweed and then tofu.
4. Top with the finely grinded sesame and serve with the Japanese soy sauce. Enjoy!
P.S. Dried seaweed can be bought from big supermarket like Aeon or YATA.

When your future husband eats meat but you don’t, you photograph his plates anyways cuz they look pretty when you make them. Baked lemon butter salmon with semolina porridge, mushrooms, zucchini, and chive. 🍋🌱🐠 I can vouch for the semolina and veggies, and the fish was gone so I guess it was pretty good 🤷🏽♀️😍💕
