Something I've heard a lot recently when running into people is the misconception that, "you've been dieting. I've seen your transformation."
I want to be very clear... I started this journey with the exact opposite of intentions. You see, I have dieted my entire life! The last thing I wanted to do was start another diet. 🤦♀️I wanted to CHANGE my lifestyle. And that meant new habits in all areas of my life.❤

~ is of me at my smallest in my 20s. I also drank too much, absolutely hated myself and the way I looked and was bulimic. VERY unhealthy and unstable for a girl who just got married.
~ is of me and my thirties. I had stopped drinking and had gotten help for bulimia but went the opposite direction after having kids and ate ALL the crap! At this point I had absolutely no idea who I was or what to do with myself and so I just completely gave up on me. Still hating myself, still very unhealthy.
~ this is me now in my mid-forties when I have decided to take care of Me. ALL of Me! I may not be as skinny as I was in pic #1
BUT I am the healthiest I've ever been in ALL areas of my life. That to me is being the healthiest version of myself! ❤ I know who I am finally and I am still working on her. Everyday I wake up with a fire to help other people who have had the same struggles as myself.
Weight has nothing to do with me loving myself and taking care of myself anymore. It is not about how you look so much as how you feel that matters. Are you feeling lethargic and lacking energy? Are you drinking enough water? Are you working out 30 minutes a day and feeding your mind so that you can grow? Are you fueling your body properly? All these things contribute to how you FEEL... So are you feeling good? Are you at your best?
This is CHOOSING to live your best life and to show up every day with intention. We only get one shot at it! When you are ready for change~I am here for ya. It's so much more fun together than by yourself!! Easier too!😉
