will be looking to complete the following workout over the course of the day along with anyone that wants to join in. The idea is to raise funds for #combatstress
to help those suffering with #ptsd

. Below is a list of the WODs rest and breaks will be incorporated and timings will be announced. Due to the heat in Dubai in June the 8 mile run will start early doors 0500-0530.
8 mile loaded March, carrying 50# this will be a squadded march at 15 min mile pace.
2 mile speed March carrying 50# this is a best effort.
20 min EMOM 75m sprint 5 power cleans 135#
4 Mile team carry
2 mins max hand release push ups
2 mins max strict t2b
1.5 mile run or Row
