Chocolate BLISS BALLS are up on the blog this morning! 💁🏼♀️Made these early this week hoping they would last until Friday, but I’m down to ONE 🙃 whoops! I guess that’s a good sign! These little balls are so very easy to make because all you do is throw everything into a food processor and roll and your done. Pro tip? Our tasty table made room for one more last night as we served up 🍝Cheese lasagna 🥒Roasted zucchini with Parmesan sprinkled on top 🍷and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc on the side. The real MVP last night was @kraftrecipes for their large variety of tasty cheeses 🧀 😋
Afternoon! Kicking off our first ‘eating out’ breakfast posts with @thecaffeinedrip in Edinburgh! A unique South African Cafe and Bakery in the West End of Edinburgh. They have a light hearted and quirky approach to their cafe and its lovely and laid back so no pretensions here 😊 .
I love how they put their own personality into the decor, and the walls feature images taken by the owners when visiting Cape Town. .
It offers a menu with a difference, with breakfast goodies such as a Flying Scotsman Roll, Boerie Breakfast Roll, Bananaberry Porridge, Safa Chaka Breakfast rolls plus some lovely Vegan options! They are happy to customise your breakfast too so loads to choose from! How could you resist popping in for a hearty way to start the day 😍

clams & zucchini noodles in a spicy coconut milk + black garlic saucy sauce will be repeated and had tonight. currently needing loads of comfort food as it’s only 7:30 in the morning and I’m already having a bad day. send for help 😭😭😫😫 also recipe for this is in the archives, so maybe the day isn’t a total loss.
S a l m o n 🐟 is one of my favorite foods and I know you all love it too!▫️Sadly more times than not it’s fished unsustainably and in less than desirable conditions, often with added color to make it look more perfect in the grocery store😝▫️Want to share my new favorite salmon and easy way to prepare it! Love @captain_tony_and_crew wild caught Alaskan salmon sold frozen at @rainbowblossomky or ordered on their site!▫️They use sustainable and environmentally friendly fishing practices and flash freeze the fish immediately after catching▫️Unless you’re buying your fish right from the source, it’s already been frozen before you see it in the store so buying it frozen like this is honestly more fresh than at the fish counter since you’ll defrost it right before you eat it▫️I just do some oil, salt and pepper or @savoryspiceshop Greek blend (lemon/salt/pepper/garlic/oregano) at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. How do you like your salmon?
