Who do you protect?
Who do you serve?
I spend a lot of time thinking on these holidays because the only other population (than foster kids) with as high of rate of trauma and institutionalization, are vets. Many who serve do so out of honor and genuine love for their country and the people in it, others do so out of necessity. Today I want to say thank you and solidarity to you as we fight alongside one another to protect and serve our gods and masters, whatever they may be. Fighting takes it's toll on the soul, even mentally preparing to do so, may we all one day acheive a moment of peace even if it is in a graveyard where all the headstones assure we rise facing a man in whome you may not believe... #veteransday #vscox #donttreadonme #protectandserve #ptsd #cptsd #canonrebel #fortmissoula
What a great weekend so far with Ryan & Sadie! Went to the National Bison Range and saw some buffalo finally! Then we took a random turn and went to Missoula and checked out their old military base and fort. Love the mountain views and small towns! #missoulamontana #fortmissoula
Fort Missoula Part 2!
We stopped by the rusty train engine, the huge wood-burning tipi, and climbed to the top of the watchtower (it used to be 3 stories tall). Also found some homegrown apples and took some back to the hotel. Such an amazing, educational, and historical experience ✨

Sometimes you have to indulge a little. I enjoyed the best tasting White Chocolate Frappe.
I didn't substitute anything since last time I tried a sugar-free version it was like a coffee slushie full of ice chunks. My husband's regular version was so delicious. This time it was thick and creamy and full of flavor!😍 All about balance.😉 Today we walked all over and explored the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula.
How did you spend your day?
