Sheila Hansen challenged our FIT Community to join her in a 30 Day Challenge...walk, jog, wog, run or skip 😜 a mile each day for 30 days!! It’s a beautiful day for a walk...and didn’t take long for this sweatshirt to come off! I got in 1.5 miles while I listened to this AMAZING podcast. It was done just as I was ending my walk.
She talks about why you shouldn’t break commitments to yourself, how to create habits and QUIT the EXCUSES!
If you do anything today, please listen to this and get outside for a walk....even if you start with walking one block, one minute, 5 minutes. Just do it!! You will feel so good!

I've had my @mocanayoga
mat for a couple months now, but I've never used it for my regular practice until recently(past couple weeks)...I was only using it for challenge photos prior. I am so happy with this mat though! It's gonna get worn out a lot faster now, cause I'm gonna be using it A LOT more! Good length and width to it and the center line totally helps with alignment. I was always fidgeting around on my mat before, trying to get my feet lined up for certain poses...Now that's a cinch!👌🏾👌🏾😊 ❤#withmymocana
