Transformation comin at ya ✨ the left is me arching my back & flexing my core before eating lunch vs. after lunch pushing my hips forward and being completely relaxed. It's important for me to share this for a few reasons:
1. Your body changes visually throughout the day as you eat, digest, travel. Especially if you're eating high fiber veggies you're bound to bloat a little... It's healthy! 🤗 Don't beat yourself up for not looking as lean by the end of the day.
2. A lot of time people call this "Instagram vs. Reality" 📸 but BOTH of these pics are my reality! Before I began my at home fitness programs I couldn't even flex my pinky (kidding, but you know 🤣) so I love that I can flex my core and have it look strong & lean!
3. These posts make me UNCOMFORTABLE as furqqqq to share. I'm still human and don't love putting my appearance out there into the world if it doesn't "look my best" but fuck it 🖖🏼 it's time we accept our bodies at every phase of the day and of this process, and get a little more comfortable with being uncomfortable!
