SOUP | All done in a skillet. Few cups of organic chicken bone broth (mine is from a tub purchased from a local farmer). Sauté all of the following in 3 tablespoons butter and the bone broth: 4 garlic gloves, 3 green onions (white + green parts), 3 celery stalks, handful haricot verts, dash Tumeric, chopped leftover chicken, 1/4 cup +/- farro, thyme, parsley, peppercorns, juice of one lemon. After all items have softened a bit, I move slightly to one side of skillet and add farro into the broth. Cook that for 10-12 min. Easy peasy! Add freshly grated Parmesan (never buy pre grated as it tastes like plastic!!).
