Some seriously great plates of food came to the table. Lamb shoulder croquettes, celeriac soup with apple, braised celery and gruyere “rarebit”, guinea fowl with hazelnut & truffle and wild garlic were all fantastic along with the service and value. A real gem!

Then I remembered that only a month prior to starting these babies, I was given scripts to check for suspected hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue, gluten intolerance, polyarthralgia (basically arthritis) & fertility!
