Baked tostadas for dinner with those sneaky greens on the bottom.. spinach and romaine, black beans, corn and sriracha. Amazing. I don’t mind eating the same healthier recipe all the time if I really love it. This is why it’s so important to stick with the meal prep process and power through the learning curve. You end up finding stuff you love, them BAM. Your body begins to crave the goods! But sneak those damn greens into EVERYTHING!!
