Happy Thursday!!! And yes I got the right day today 🙄🤣 I’ve changed my workouts and am seriously feeling it right now 👌🏻 I’m determined to make make some serious changes in my body and I feel like my mindset has shifted 🙌🏻 Sometimes it’s easy to get distracted with a million things that are going on round you but at the end of the day none of that shit matters. Remember why you are doing what you are doing.... for you.... and only you can make it happen!!!! Surround yourself with positivity and make the changes that you need to make to take you to where you need to be 🙌🏻⠀

What does “health” mean to you? -
One thing we need to keep in mind is that health doesn’t mean the same thing to everyone. I have a certain place where I feel good in my body. But health means more than that to me. I need to feel strong. I need to feel fulfilled in my job. I need to be in a good place with my mental health. I need my relationships to be positive and joy-bringing. I need to be in touch with my spirituality. -
Some people feel healthier and lower or higher body fats than I do. At different strength points than I do. They need different things in life to be happy than I do. And that is FINE. As long as your baseline health and body fat level is in a good place- do what you need to do to feel your best. Don’t feel pressured by those around you to do what makes them feel best. This all comes with knowing yourself! So don’t be afraid to experiment or ask for guidance. -
