Stopped in at this little burger joint for the first time... I dunno if you've heard of it... a little place called In-N-Out 🤷😉😁
Today I made THE MOST PERFECT FRIES I’ve ever made in my life. And I’ve made a lot of fries. But I recently learned a secret that has changed everything. 🍟🍟🍟
What you need:
•Little bit of olive oil
•Spices (I used smoked paprika, pepper, salt, rosemary, and basil)
How to make them:
I used a mandolin to slice up my potato babies into perfect fry shape, but I’ve used my trusty knife many a time to make my fries just as delicious.
HERE’S THE SECRET:
After you slice them up you have to soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes. An hour is better.
After they’re done soaking you HAVE to dry them off really well.
Put them in a bowl, put like less than a tablespoon of oil, sprinkle with lots of seasoning, toss everything in the bowl till it’s all mixed, then put them in the oven.
After 15 minutes at 450 degrees, take them out and flip them. Do another fifteen minutes, flip again. Then put it to 500 and let them crips for about eight minutes. Check frequently for perfection.
These amazing hunks of meat were seasoned, smoked and then shred for your belly!

Hong Kong is not the first place you think of when you think of Korean fried chicken, and also probably not the first place you think of for French fries, but Oppa Chicken is an excellent find for both. These fries are pretty simple, but what makes them jump off is the seasoning. The fries come served up in a basket and come out hot and crisp just like the chicken. Just as fast as these are served up they will be scarfed down, and its all thanks to the addicting seasoning. The powder coating is a mix of herbs and cheesy greatness, which makes them a must-have on my list.
